African Nations and World Flags containing a Black Star, a Coloured Star
It is declared by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain that all nations with flags that contain a star are given notice that all lands within their borders are under clarification.
It is understood that generals after conflicts of WWII were gifted land from the Monarchies but not by Queen Elizabeth II or the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann. All generals from the English and Spanish militaries will be awarded recognition of their accomplishments during the monarchy wars but this does not give them an African nation or interest in real property.
The Flags of those nations may not use a black star except if they are a monarchy with a general. The stars represent the generals rank who fought as a leader of a fight club. The sovereign empress does not have information on whether they were using the land as a money funnel or living on the land and she wants to make sure the generals are recognised for their bravery in the wars in a museum of military history and at the war colleges.
If a general of the winning armies of England and Spain are on those lands, they may approach the embassy and register for recognition and as placeholders custodians of property which is a salaried position.
Any German army general with the colour Green may not be recognised as a winner because their monarchy was melded into the Spanish and English and did not win the war of WWII or the current intelligence war.
Germany is not allowed to use Monarchy property to recognize or award their military. Their bravery fighting the war will be recognised in a war memorial in Germany, their country but they lost the monarchy battle making the German lands Spanish and English and those colours are what are recognised for General stars. All colours of Green are prohibited on the flags of Africa for this reason.

Yellow = intelligence, China
White = Navy, United States
Different Shades of Blue = Airforce, Monarchies
Different Shades of Red = Government, Mafia underground forces, Scandinavia different shades to be clarified.
Purple = Catholic Church
Black = Intelligence, France, Italy
Grey/Gray = France
Orange = Netherlands region, France
Pink = A Demographic of people, Antwerp
Light Blue = Monarchy MER people (Monarchy English Royal)
Slate Blue = Monarchy (not sure which region)
Brown - Army, Spain

Flag Symbols for Africa
The symbols on the flags of Africa and the world designate what group was placed on their soil after the war. This placement of the fight clubs around the world was done by intelligence at the end of the war and the people in those positions are placeholders who are eligible for retirement funds from English Intelligence.
In the clarification of property, any general who was not of the German army may approach the monarchy if they fought on the side of the English or Spanish. Germans who fought for the English or Spanish are considered English or Spanish soldiers if they fought until the end of the war. All other monarchy aristocracy may not be awarded property in Africa. The two were not on the same side until around November 11, 1947 with the date to be clarified for the militaries.
In Africa, the flag of Ives will be the only flag with four stars representing a four star general who won the last conflict of monarchies from 2015 to 2025. For all other nations after clarification of titles and property, she will be releasing property for freehold purchase by citizens of the specific countries.
For all nations with fight club flags, the fight clubs belonging to England and Spain are eligible for baron titles which is a custodial role over property. Your role in the military campaigns will be researched before a title is awarded.
