It is hereby declared and affirmed that Emmy Ann Horstkamp is the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen of ESAAM with a full royal name Which includes: Queen Morgen Ann of ESAAM This is the only royal titles on in the Monarchy of ESAAM and its territories. All other titles other than Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Morgen Ann of ESAAM are taken down and dissolved. It is the only title in the territories of ESAAM until all treasoners have been tried and removed through Trials of reconciliation between the Sovereign Empress Emmy, her monarchies and the subjects now living in ESAAM.
