Sovereign funding for Local Police Offices

Funding for Local Office of Police in Each town and Each City.

I purchased a property in 2024 and someone was stealing things from the premises yesterday.  I went to the police office to report a crime and there was just a phone.  Surveillance is not enough in this type of situation and a community liaison is not going to be able to deal with a criminal stealing from real property. 

I declare funding for local police departments from the treasury from tax funds.  The police departments will be manned with people and AIs not cameras.  The yellow phones are for intelligence not police.  The phones for police are RED.  I order each town and city to have a police department with a real policeman that people can talk to to report a crime and get a crime number for not only insurance (they were stealing my assets) but for criminal cases to prosecute in civil and criminal court.

The Police buildings will be built according to the standards of international police buildings that keep all policemen safe and all citizens safe.

Reporting a crime will be tracked by mobile phone and by surveillance camera.  The person watching me on the surveillance camera knew where I lived and that items that had been stolen so even though I could not give her the exact address while reporting the crime, from my phone, she was able to know exactly where the crime was taking place.

I want all citizens of England to feel comfortable reporting crime.  Yelling is not a crime.  Stealing the property of the sovereign is a crime.  You are allowed to yell at yourself and at the surveillance cameras and at your friends at the pub.

I will not arrest citizens for yelling out of frustration when a crime is being committed and they are unable to stop it.  This was unacceptable yesterday that you citizens did not stop the theft of Sovereign property. I hold all of you responsible for all thefts from 2016 to 2025.

The budget for each new police department is set in accordance to the budgets of the police departments of similar sized police departments in Florida USA.  I know their department system works and functions to keep everyone safe.
