Declaration Regarding US Properties in the Estate of Queen Elizabeth II now Belonging to Queen Ann of England and Spain
It is declared that all properties in the United States that were in the estate of Queen Elizabeth II are being reviewed for chain of ownership. Queen Elizabeth II passed all properties to Queen Ann in 2016 and the titles to all properties are under review.
If you were mistakenly sold a property without consent of Queen Elizabeth II, you may have litigation rights against the person or persons who sold you the property. Queen Ann of England and Spain sold zero properties from the estate and will sell zero properties which have historical importance for WWII memorials.
The properties of SAM, Emmy Ann Horstkamp, were sold without her consent and the parties involved are being sued by the Chief of the United States of America. The property was in trust with the US government and were not passed to Emmy Ann Horstkamp, SAM, upon her reaching the age of 18. Any persons involved in the fraudulent sale of SAM properties from 1968 until the present will be pursued by the Monarchy of the Americas and Queen Ann of England and Spain for trust fund violations and any other prosecutable offence by the individuals and corporations involved.
Neighbourhoods that Receive Restitution Checks
Queen Elizabeth II set up residences in the United States which received restitution checks from WWII. If you are aware of a residence that is receiving a restitution check but the owner/resident has passed away, please notify the executive branch of the United States. The chief's office is moving the restitution checks into a restitution fund when the original beneficiary has passed away. The FBI has the authority to investigate fraudulent behaviour involving individuals stealing restitution checks and using the bank accounts of deceased people.
It is authorised by Queen Ann of England and Spain that the restitution trust monies may be used for the purpose of rehabilitating cult survivors who were imprisoned by NeoNazi cult members and kept imprisoned by mobbing, bullying and a prison type culture in the United States. Queen Elizabeth set up neighbourhoods in memorial of the dead of WWII and to represent crimes that happened during the last 100 years. These neighbourhoods and buildings are protected by the Monarchy and renovation of the houses and buildings are restricted to retain the historical data needed to keep our history.
Each. neighbourhood is marked and Queen Ann of England and Spain releases funds for memorial markers for each neighbourhood to share the importance of the neighbourhoods and the urban planning which memorialises events from WWII.
Large Land Estates & Small Tenant Farmers
In California, small tenant farmers which were farming land with the consent of Queen Elizabeth II had their land stolen. This land was stolen without their consent and is land that still belongs to Queen Ann of England and Spain. Lawyers will be contacting the house owners who have mistakenly built on the property of the Monarchy of England and Spain. All tenant farmers have the right to farm during their lifetime. This right is not passed on to their children but the family may petition the monarchy to extend the right to farm to the next generation.
Large Estates belonging to SAM were stolen and a similar issue exists. The owner of the houses do not own the property under the residences illegally built of SAM property.
Legitimate Land Sales by Queen Elizabeth
During the 70s and 80s Queen Elizabeth built properties where the owners may own the land. This will be clarified which developments were authorised by Queen Elizabeth II.
Because Queen Elizabeth II used her properties to share information about history, Queen Elizabeth sold very few pieces of property with historical ties. All the developments were new housing to sell to the public.
The 100 monarchies involved are authorized to create a website to share notice and give information updates on the different land law suits and clarification of ownership of land, housing and resources in their monarchy territory.
