Clarification of Trash, Skips, Illegal Dumping of Trash in Countryside, Dog Feces

Dumping trash in the countryside or on a street is illegal and surveillance will track you and fine you.
Trash must be placed in a skip or be placed in a bag for the trash collection. Bags are available at all Grocery Stores and pickup days are on all public village/town/city recycle centre websites or ministry of city welfare websites.
If you have items too large for a skip, please make an appointment for the trash to be picked up through the recycle centre in your community. I used this system in Edinburgh and it works. The cost is £5 per bag and £5 per furniture item.
If you have a mattress, it must be picked up by the recycle centre in your community. Surveillance will track you if you throw a mattress away next to a skip or in the countryside. You may throw a single mattress away in a skip for a single or larger mattress, you pay £5 to have it picked up by the recycle centre. In most locations, you can drop it off for free at the recycle centre.
No furniture may be thrown away next to a skip. If furniture is left outside it must be by appointment with the recycle centre of your village, town or city to avoid liabilities. You may take it for free to the recycle centre for disposal in a larger skip.
No items of furniture or other personal items may be left as abandoned on the sidewalk or street except on days scheduled for pickup by trash/recycle. If items are placed outside on unscheduled days, the recycle centre will pick them up but items thrown away on the street that require an unscheduled pickup may cause a ticket to be issued to the resident.
Dog Feces
A fine will be ticketed for leaving dog feces on the street or human feces on the street or in the park. Surveillance monitors all parks and streets and will fine £250 for each infraction. This is the fine for all of England. Walking a dog through a forest park does not require pickup of feces. Forest parks where dogs may run off leash are designated by the Ministry of Parks and Gardens. All city parks require pickup of dog feces. Dog bags are available at all city parks and all trash bins are emptied weekly removing all debris, trash and dog feces in bags. If a trash bin or skip is full, please notify the number on the skip or bin so it may be emptied in a timely manner.
