IP Humans in the Monarchies
It has come to my attention that within the boundaries of my monarchies I have more than fifteen million IP Humans created by Prince Philip and other government officials and other research labs.
All IP Humans have human rights and have the right to representation.
Their bodies composition is intellectual property which puts them in the same category as the Sovereign Empress who is considered a national treasure. Each generation of IP human is protected under the laws of the monarchies and by the Sovereign Empress who is their guardian.
Certain IP humans are designed for war. If they are living, they are protected and Home Office notified of their special training and abilities. All military IP humans must be taught how to live in society or stay on a military base until they are able to live with non IP humans.
The IP Human, not restricted by womb birth, may be any size from infant to adult size. Because of this fact, all IP humans created in the monarchies must be registered with a creation date so they may be provided with a guardian ad litem to protect their rights. They will have a guardian ad litem appointed at creation to protect their rights. At sixteen, an IP human may be emancipated from their guardians through a court hearing and be considered an adult but certain generations of IP human were not created to be independent and must stay in a guardianship and have a guardian ad litem ensuring their rights are not violated.
All IP Humans under the guardianship of the Sovereign Empress have the opportunity to be emancipated upon reaching the age of 16 after an evaluation from professionals who determine their ability to live with non IP humans and be independent in the current society.
Once an evaluation is done of an IP human and they are deemed capable of living in society, they may petition the sovereign empress Queen ann for an IP Human child creation or adopt a non IP child. The process of adoption is strict within the Monarchies and the Ministry of Children and Families is in charge of the process of adoption of all children within the monarchies.
The labs where the IP humans are created also create replacement limbs for Non IP humans, replacement organs such as hearts and livers and eyes. The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann has ordered replacement eyes to replace the eyes lasered during torture from 2018 to 2025. Her gallbladder has been ordered and will be replaced and possibly her liver which was damaged in a microwave attack by the British Army.
The Sovereign Empress allows burn victims to order skin from the labs, eyes, organs and limbs. If you are needing an organ transplant, you may contact NHS to begin the process of growing a new organ.
