Council Housing is public welfare housing controlled by the Ministry of Housing. It is discounted housing and available only to low income subjects and residents through the Ministry of Housing.

All other Council Properties such as film production studios are closed.  There are no Council funded Properties allowed.  All council funded properties belong to the Monarchy.
