The government of Germany stated that I owned the property between Potsdam and Munich Bayern.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann declares the land from Potsdam to the boundry of Bayern as East Germany - A modern communist ideal. The people who remained in the region after the war did not mind living in a socialist society and the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann would like to see if the region is able to prove that a form of communism is possible to maintain in Europe.
Her royal property in Bayern is a Kingdom by itself and she is the Royal Sovereign Empress Queen of Bayern, Queen of England and Spain. The kingdom remains in tact and because the royal house of Austria moved to California and then to Maui, she is placing the lands of the former kingdom of Austria into the House of Bayern.
This change is to the monarchy properties. The government of Austria still exists and Bayern still exists as a small kingdom domain outside of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
At the moment Germany is still the federal police and military defense of Bayern with Bayern paying for protection. But, through treaty with Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic, Bayern may extend their defense partners to a regional defense team to keep the region at peace.
Bayerish Catholic Church
Bayern is the location of the Catholic church of Bayern and a jesuit priest shall hold mass in Bayern on Sundays. The main Catholic church shall be built from new bricks but have old windows renovated in Burgenland. Until the church is built, the jesuit priest may use the white church in the hills, Wiesenstraße 26, 59494 Soest, Germany
The Monarchy of Bayern
The Monarchy country of Bayern is still an intelligence hub in Europe and is a database archive for intellectual property. The city of Muenchen is capped in size to avoid being a target and no buildings is allowed to be higher than the altstadt altegebäude.

Nymphenburg Schloss
The residence downtown and Nymphenburg schloss are the two main residences for the Koenigin in Bayern. The koenigin owns many properties and has several private residences in Bayern but the two named palaces are her main residences and where correspondence may be sent.
The palace of Nymphenburg is important to the English and Bayerish families. The palace was the location of hostages held prisoner during the war between families and the historical importance of the palaces was emphasised when the Koenigin wanted to make it into public housing.
Because of the parks importance, the park is now closed permanently to visitors and the schloss is closed to visitors.
The design of the Schloss will have minor changes to accommodate the children in her guardianship. The children may be housed in a section of the schloss properties or in other areas around the neighbourhood. Each of the children is required to have a nanny, a security officer and tutors. All children will attend day school through Gymnasium and then complete university studies.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann requested that her children in guardianship be raised as only children to keep them focused on careers in the Monarchies they represent. The reality has been that the children have been raised in groups due to the conflicts between 2016 to 2025. At this time, the sovereign is unable to state if the children will be living as only children or in groups while in residence in Bayern. She has not met any of the children in her Guardianship but she has sent them messages through text while being detained in England.
Porcelain Factory and Designs
The porcelain factor remains open and bone china representing the war is produced using cow bones. All historical bone china and porcelain from the region will be archived and a design museum of porcelain memorial designs will be located next to the porcelain factory with a research archive for porcelain symbolism.
The neighbourhood will be renovated. The Koenigin is divorced (annulled marriage) and the past aristocracy and monarchy gave her children to raise to continue the traditions of the 199 monarchies taken down or merged during the monarchy war conflict which ended in 2024.
The Koenigin Ann von Bayern has 17 or more DNA siblings with no right of succession or title who will live nearby and must wait for fifteen years before marrying. Her children that were stolen and created from DNA also have the right to live on royal properties in Bayern. All have restrictions regarding marriage due to their special status as DNA designer siblings created in Monarchy labs or government labs.
Her DNA designer baby made in an US Lab and his twin born in England will also be raised French and Bayerish. They are now a few months old. One child may be a general in the Thai military and the other may be raised focused on Bayern and the region.
Her muenchkins remain focused on being ambassadors and her other children are private citizens of all monarchies with no titles or restrictions on work focus.
All the children in her guardianship have citizenship in each Monarchy and the language of the Palace is English, German, Spanish, French, Cantonese & Japansese.
The Sovereign is learning Japanese and will be learning Cantonese from Tutors when in Bayern.
Cousins from the royal houses of China are also in residence in Bayern. They do not have title but they are restricted to arranged marriages by request of the Chinese government. The royal family lives in all areas of Munich, Germany and neighbours will be warned by security staff if a royal is in residence nearby.
The Residence Downtown
The opera house is closed. The opera house was accidentally built into the residence of the Koenigin downtown and does not belong on the royal property. Any other public entertainment location built into the private residence of the royal will be relocated into a new building built for the purpose of entertianment and may stay open until relocated. Any museums will be moved to a building built for a museum. The church next to the residence will be taken down and a new Bayerish Catholic Church will be built at that location near odeonsplatz.
The platform where speeches were given at Odeonsplatz will be moved outside the city limits to give space to those who want to gather in memory of the dead.
The arch to Munich shall remain unless relocation is requested. Each major city of Europe has an arch, it is the official entrance to Munich from the war.
The gardens of the residence will be split. A portion will remain open for residences with the inner section belonging with the residence as a private garden of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin von Bayern.
No human feces is allowed in the gardens of Munich. Fines shall be given to people using her gardens as a toilet. If bathroom facilities are needed, please notify Nymphenburger schloss. Part of the outdoor feces is historical. The information about feces and the war will be added to the historical museum.
Colour Coding of Building Allowed
During the war, building were colour coded. Some of this colour coding still exists and residents who are not aware of the colour meanings, may ask at the Schloss. The Doors of each building may be colour coded, the paint of the walls and the walkways. These colours identified the ethnicity of the people or their role in society during the war years of conflict between monarchies.
Real Property Assets in the rest of Germany
A full inventory shall be created for the rest of Germany.
Any Schloess that is in a village or in a city may be rented by the city as their Ratshaus. A request may be submitted to the Sovereign Empress at the Nymphenburg Schloess in Munich, Germany.
A fund is established to maintain each building from the sovereign rents in the area. The palace or castle building does not have immunity but is a royal asset and history for the village or city. These buildings are preserved for the village or city and German history.
A few palaces or castles such as the time palace, are private and not open to use as a rathaus. The palaces/forts in the mountains of Bayern are to be used for tourism only.
Memorial properties shall be documented. Memorial forests shall retained as war memorials. All gravesites on royal property shall be moved to a German National Cemetery and war memorial. All palaces used as prisons shall be documented in digital for historians and may be taken down and relocated.
All artifacts of the German families in inventory shall be placed in an aristocratic inventory museum in Paris.
All war items left on property shall be itemized and put into inventory for the Germans who left them on royal property. Any palace built by Germans in France will be relocated to German sovereign soil. Any palace built by Germans in Spain will be relocated to German soil. Any palace built in Argentina by Germans will be returned to German soil. Any palace built in Thailand by Germans will be returned to German soil.
A museum dedicated to the history of the royals of Germany shall be created in Velbert the registered birthplace of the father of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin von Bayern, owner of all royal sovereign lands in the boundary of the country of Germany.
