Notice: Hyde Park, next to the palace of Kensington in London, is closed to the public for renovation and restyling.  A public park is under development next to Green Park and Westminster.

Ministry of Parks and Gardens

Queen Ann Sovereign Empress declares the creation on January 7, 2025 of a ministry named the Ministry of Parks and Gardens which shall manage the parks and gardens open to the public on the Island of Atlantis formerly know as the United Kingdom.  

All other Monarchies may create a Ministry of Parks and Gardens to manage royal parks open to the public in their country and or region.

Royal Parks, under management of the ministry of Parks and Gardens of Atlantis, include:

Regents park

Kew Gardens

Battersea Park

Wimbledon Park

Putney Commons

Ruskin Park

Brockwell Park

Buckingham /Westminster Park - Under development and to be located on the side of Buckingham Palace.

The London Zoo - To be renovated to remove large species.   

The Edinburgh Zoo - To be closed with animals relocated to other zoos.

The London Butterfly Park

The river walks of London, Birmingham, Manchester & Edinburgh

Cambridgeshire Land Art Park

The renovation of the white cliffs of Dover - The cliffs are the remains of cremated prisoners from WWII.  The cliffs will be covered and the land secured.

Land’s End 

The Long Walk between Old Ely and London - The walk to be created for pedestrians will be monitored by Home Office. The walk is a memorial to all members of the Island who suffered pain from the war and as cult survivors.  Old Ely was the location of WWII interrogations, the bodies of Jewish and Yiddish women kept as human gestation vessels and the location of a prison camp with the deposed royals of 199 monarchies.  The Cathedral was a royal residence of the former consorts who divorced royals including the past consorts of the Windsors.  After 1957, the city became a location of pain for the cult embedded within the Church of England. The city of Ely has been relocated without the Cathedral.  The residents of Ely have been relocated to other areas of the commonwealth. 

The memorial walk begins at a designated train stop near Waterbeach and will end at Buckingham Palace.

Designated Highland Parks to be designated by Queen Ann, Sovereign Empress. No camping allowed on any highland properties except by permit granted by the Ministry.  Culling of the wild deer is allowed only by employees of the Ministry.

Designated Beach Parks - Certain beaches are memorial, related to the defense of the island or are attached to the estates of the Queen.  A list of public beaches available to the public will be published at the ministry each spring.  The beaches of Norfolk are permanently closed to the public.  The beaches within 30 minutes of King's Lynn are temporarily closed to the public.  Both are memorial areas from the War. No camping, No vehicles are allowed on the beaches.  

    The beaches south of Edinburgh are closed to the public. If a house was built in the defense zone, it will be relocated to a property farther inland. No Pine trees are allowed to be cut as they are memorial of the deceased of WWII.  No Cedar Trees are allowed to be cut, the are memorial of the Spanish or Japanese from WWII.  No Oak trees are allowed to be cut without permit as they represent the family of Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Ann sovereign empress.  Queen Elizabeth II was the Empress of China at the beginning of  World War II and spoke Cantonese. Any Chinese markers on the island will remain as memorials to Queen Elizabeth II.

Designated manor home parks without viewable homes.  Queen Ann Sovereign Empress inherited all manor homes and will open designated gardens of those homes to the public.  the residences remain private and unoccupied until history has been recorded from the architecture.

Green space parks - The prison system of the Island included green spaces.  These spaces remain green and their historical value will be documented and added to information viewing locations on the properties.  It has been noted that certain memorial walks around London are required to document historical events.  These walks will be created by the Ministry of Parks and Gardens.

Specific Golf Courses - Renovation into Heaths.  Past government employees and island citizens created golf courses on royal land to hide their residences.  These golf courses are taken down and are now public healths on royal land.

Richmond Park - A royal park.  A section of the park with the large bucks will be closed off to the public. The golf course remains open as does the run paths.  All residences illegally built within the park will be removed to a village outside the boundaries of London.

Heaths within the boundaries of London - All heaths within the boundaries of the city are maintained by the ministry.  Rules for the heaths usage will be set by the Ministry.  The history of the country includes garden patches and these patches will be attached to Heaths.  In honour of her father who was a  Germanian, the allotments houses which are not permanent housing, shall have gardens with small water fountains on each plot and resemble the architecture of the neighbourhood.  the allotment houses shall have a community bathroom and other facililities.  The allotments are available for active use and a waiting list shall be kept by the Ministry of Parks and Gardens.

Fens on the island - The fens are public access.  If houses have been built on the Fens, they will be removed to a nearby village.  The fens are not open to livestock or camping and will be managed by the Ministry of Parks and Gardens.

Greenwich park - Greenwich park is a royal park and will be partially closed.  The observatory will remain open and the museum will be renovated to a space museum containing the history of the monarchy in space.  A memorial to Queen Elizabeth's daughter,  Princess Anne,  who died in a space attack, will be located at the observatory.

Animal reservations not open to the public housing animals inherited from the different aristocracy.  The manor homes inherited from Queen Elizabeth II contained wild game, wild cats and other wild species from other continents.  These animals are to be rehoused into reservations that are not open to the public.

A complete list of parks available to the public will be posted at the ministry of parks and Gardens.  If there is unbuilt property near your residence that is being used as a park, please let the Ministry of Parks and Gardens know.  If you do not want a park or garden in your neighbourhood please contact the ministry of Parks and Gardens and petition for the removal of the park or garden.

The main Offices for the ministry will be located in the Greater London area with satellite offices in each city. Until offices are chosen, the head of the ministry shall be located at Kew Gardens, Regents Park and/or the greenhouse at Kensington Gardens formerly known as Hyde Park.
