Creation of a National Cemetary in the region of St. Erme on the Island of England now called Atlantis | Remnants of the Dead | Statues, Crypts | IP after Death of a Subject
Because of the prison camps of WWII and the custom of the prisoners to cremate their dead, place their dead in statues, place their dead into sculptures, place their dead onto decorations of buildings, in the walls of buildings, in the ground of buildings, in lakes and on top of the dead already buried in graves, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain declares a new National Cemetary for all subjects to be created in the area between St. Erme and Fraddon.
All cemetery items from all areas of the island of England now known as Atlantis shall be relocated to the national cemetery for remembrance purposes. Identities, Intellectual Property of Individuals at Death, rights of the Dead Identities within the Monarchy, Rights of Lateral Transfer of Identity
All identities and intellectual property of people, if not registered for trademark before death, who die and are cremated or buried belong to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann. Her surveillance, Home Office and intelligence staff use these identities for work.
A person may gift their intellectual property to the Monarchy but the identity is not passed through probate to any heirs. The intellectual property from the Sovereign Queen Ann of England and Spain is the property of her royal archive.
During the conflict of 2016 to 2018, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, lost two million identities as subjects chose to be reborn as babies and ended their lives. All estates of the two million must go through probate and if no heirs exist, the estates belong to the Monarchy of England and Spain.
The two million identities belonging to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann which were used by the governments for purposes not approved by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann were stolen from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain by the government agencies holding her property interests during the conflicts between 2016 to 2025.
This theft will be resolved within the courts of each jurisdiction and the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of Spain will create two million identities to replace the ones stolen from her monarchies, will supply all clones, replicants, and DNA lab people with an appropriate identity from those new identities which must have her seal to be considered valid. All new identities have full human rights globally in all jurisdictions and are not allowed to use an old identity that their new identity replaces.
A custom of changing lives through lateral transfer exists in Europe and North America. A person may sell their identity and intellectual property while living. For the regions under the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann's monarchies, those lateral transfers must be registered and individuals may request a new identity from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann to legalise the transfer of lives/lifestyles.
All sales of an identity, also known as a lateral transfer, are recorded by Home Office and Monarchy Surveillance to insure human rights are not waived by the individuals. Non recorded lateral transfers are voidable by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain and are investigated by The Monarchy Bureau of Investigation, Home Office, Monarchy Surveillance and the Treasury of each Jurisdiction.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain acknowledges that through the wars and conflicts until 2025, the monarchies lost forty percent of their population. The forty percent lost shall be recorded and added to the inventory of identities used by the Monarchy surveillance, intelligence and defense ministries for their work and an archive of identities will be found at the Royal Archives of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.
A full probate will be done for each of the persons missing from 1900 to 2025 from the monarchies to resolve any real property rights and Asset rights for any heirs and for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain to be able to grant Baron titles to regional properties. A royal fund is created entitled Fund for International Probate to cover the costs of monarchy probates to clarify and resolve real property and intellectual property rights.
Sincerely,
Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain
