Declaration of A Ministry of Regional Affairs

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain declares and proclaims the creation of a Ministry of regional affairs that coordinates and ensures that the different regions of England have fair access to representation and services.

The Ministry of Regional Affairs is funded from the treasury and has offices in the main cities of each region.  The offices shall gather data from their region, share the data with the main office and publish reports regarding their region.

The Ministry of Regional Affairs shall advocate with the monarchy for the development of infrastructure, business, ministries in their region.  

The Ministry of regional affairs will work with newspapers and news outlets to share information from their region to bring focus to newsworthy positive stories regarding residents and business and historically important stories such as a bridge falling down or a flood happening.

The Funding for Regional Affairs is from the Treasury and from a service charge to corporations and businesses in each specific region.  All funding is held at the treasury and invoices are paid by the treasury and employees are hired through the Ministry of HR.
