Declaration of Trois Bise for Europe - Monarchies Replacing Monoco, Luxembourg and Lichtenstein

 The Sovereign Empress of England and Spain declares the replacement of Monoco, Luxembourg and Lichtenstein with the Trois Bise - Marenchou replacing Monoco; Mismer replacing Luxembourg; Mestein replacing lichtenstein.

All three locations were created after wars in Europe as awards to different people and are now returned to the Sovereign Empress after the conflicts of 2018 to 2025.  The three locations represent the European three light kisses and offer support to other European countries and administrative support to the European Union.

Monarchy of Marenchou

The monarchy of Marenchou houses an office of Europol, an offie of Monarchy intelligence, an office for broadcasting for Europe and the region, an office for international banking, an office for the protection of human rights, an office for international commerce.  All of the above offices are funded by a 15 percent tax on corporations, a service fee for banking and a visitor tax to the monarchy.

Monarchy of MisMers

The monarchy of MisMers is a hub for the EU commission, is the location of the European Court, is the location for EU publications and other European agencies.  The Monarchy of MisMers is home to the Vatican publishing, home to an office of Monarchy publishing, is home to a MisMers bank auditing school and training facility, is home to a Monarchy EU law school.

Funding for the EU Law school, the MisMers banking and auditing training school and the Monarchy publishing facility is from the Monarchy funds of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain located in MisMers.

Monarchy of MeStein

The Monarchy of MeStein focuses on family trusts and family banking, High net worth banking and multigenerational trust funds.  All infrastructure and costs of the Monarchy are funded by a small banking fee.

All three locations work together and the Sovereign Empress is the political representative for all three locations.  All three monarchies are the Sovereign Empress's kisses to the EU.  Thank you for keeping England within your sights.
