Declaration of wealth Management at the Treasury for the Sovereign Empress and her Investment Class Students

It is declared and proclaimed that the English Treasury and all other Monarchy treasuries are authorised to provide asset management and private banking services to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann a/k/a Dr Emmy Ann Horstkamp SAM.

The treasuries shall provide asset client services for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

The treasuries shall provide a private banker to accept the invoices of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann and her family and her consorts and the children in her guardianship and shall provide the Sovereign Empress in person with her debit card for her day account.

Each person in the royal family of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann shall have a relationship manager contact person to send emails, mail, invoices and to give deposits.

The treasury shall provide the private Secretary Sandra Arenas with a day account and a debit card for purchases.
