Declaration Proclamation of the Creation of the International Law School and Law Library and International Courts

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Deutschland lands und Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern und France con Sangre de Ramirez Chaux und Kaiserin von alle souveränen Monarchien der Welt Declares and proclaims the creation of an international law school and international law library and an international court.

The three legal institutions are based in London and provide:

1. A law school providing law degrees from each country and legal system.
2. A law library in all the languages of the legal courts.
3. An international court which provides each person on earth with the opportunity to file a case with a trained lawyer. Citizens of any country may choose to have their civil cases heard at the international court and use the international court for mediations and negotiations, ADR Alternative Dispute Resolution.  A government may choose to house their court system within the International Courts based in London.
