The Sovereign Empress Declares funding for Neighbourhood designation and the designation of Neighbourhoods with Architectural Significance.
During her time living in the England, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann noticed architecturally similar houses grouped together and created by the same builders. These housing areas are declared neighbourhoods with architectural significance and funding is provided for their architectural preservation, the creation of neighbourhood associations, the renovation of streets and public spaces to match the architectural style of the buildings, redesign of public spaces to signify a neighourhood, extra surveillance of public areas in designated neighbourhoods to keep residents and property safe.
The Sovereign Empress has noticed places that should have been neighbourhoods destroyed by public works, public projects or the redevelopment of areas without concern of the residents. Places where neighbourhoods have been destroyed are marked for for new neighbourhood creation, places destroyed by the destruction of neighbourhoods are marked for relocation of remaining residents to neighbourhoods where they would like to live, places destroyed by redevelopment without the consent of the sovereign since 2016 shall be litigated. Development of monarchy property without the consent of Queen Elizabeth II shall be litigated.

The ministry of Neighbourhoods includes urban planners, landscape architects, urban architects, builders, tradesmen focused on historical renovation, social workers, sociologists, art historians and public works, Home office liasian, Children and Families Liasian, Ministry of Health and Wellness liasion and other professions focused on neighbourhood.
A neighborhood may be two streets or more and three stories of a high rise. Buildings of three stories are considered neighbourhoods. No building of four stories shall be built for residential purposes. All residential building for apartments are seven or three stories with the building separated into neighbourhoods.
Each borough of each city has neighbourhoods and neighbourhood services are dedicated to preserving the interests of each neighbourhood registered with the ministry of neighbourhoods. The neighbourhood watch programs of each neighbourhood shall share information with both home office and the ministry of neighborhoods to ensure the safety of all residents.
Neighbourhoods may share information with the Monarchy Bureau of Investigation in regards to dangers to the neighbourhood and home office will share information with designated neighbourhoods regarding construction, neighbourhood safety and changes to the residential environment.
Tower Blocks, Tower Villages
All tower blocks and housing used by cult members are taken down and all residents are considered cult survivors. All tower block residents are being relocated to residential neighbourhoods or villages created for their communities. Private villages created from tower blocks are marked as private villages and will have roundabouts going around the villages. No rentals will be published from private villages because of their former existence as tower blocks communities. All rentals are filled by the neighbourhood co-op and members of the neighbourhoods and villages will announcement to applicants the exact position a new resident would be filling for the tower village.
Queen Elizabeth had an apartment in a tower block environment and was held prisoner during world war II . Her tower block residence in London was in Kensington, the American Ghetto during the war. Home office shall keep track and monitor traffic going into a private neighbourhood and all non residents are discouraged from randomly driving through a private neighbourhood or village. The private neighbourhoods and villages do not have immunity of persons or property but the residents are used to a level of privacy that comes from being isolated in a building or associating only with the people living in their tower block during the war and reconstruction of London.
