Education System, Symposium Tests, 13 year PHD program in Literature 14 year program for Bachelor's in Engineering degree
The sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain lived in Europe and the US studied Art History, Political Science, has a bachelors in arts and a doctorate degree in law from two well known US Public institutions and declares that the A levels her daughter studied are equivalent to a high school degree in the United States.
This declaration is for all A level degrees granted from 2024 to the past.
Improving the Acceptance of Degrees from the Monarchy, the Commonwealth Educational Degrees
The European educational system was streamlined by the EU to ensure that all European countries offered the same degrees and the same degree programs to avoid discrimination in occupations and applications.
This system of streamlining degree levels is now incorporated into the UK educational system setting the European and US standards of education as the baseline for all monarchy educational systems to ensure no misunderstanding of qualification or discrimination of degree title.
It is declared by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann:
- All A level degrees are considered equivalent to the US High School degree and the German Arbitur degree.
- University degrees are four year programs after high school, A-levels or the German Arbitur.
- Masters programs are two year programs after a bachelors degree and,
- PHD programs are three to four year programs offered at Universities after a Bachelor's program and can be graduated with exams or with the defense of a thesis.
- All degrees must match the standards set by United States and European Universities and all degrees that have official transcripts from official universities shall be recognised in the Monarchies and dominions of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann as official degrees from qualified educational institutions.
- All lawyers must have a Juris Doctorate and three years of graduate training past their bachelors. Lawyers from the commonwealth may train as barristers or solicitors within the Monarchy with their doctorate degree and may pursue advance education at the international law school if they have a doctorate of law from a commonwealth country.
- All physicians must have the equivalent training to a doctor in medicine from the United States and may train in a specialty at a sovereign hospital once they have passed all exams to earn a doctorate of medicine. All bachelor of medicine doctors may test out of the doctorate exams for a medical doctorate at a testing facility.
- A bachelor of medicine may work at a hospital supervised by a medical doctor (MD) until they have passed all exams to receive the medical doctorate degree. Once the Bachelor of Medicine Intern has passed all MD exams and, the licensing exam, the intern is then considered a medical doctor and may practice unsupervised by another MD. A Bachelor of Medicine Intern may not declare themselves a medical doctor until they have passed the licensing exam. All interns must work supervised and be marked as interns by name badge. All Interns may work in labs and publish research papers in association with a medical doctors or PHDS in another science.
Symposiums and Life Long Learning
Because some employees have extensive work experience having worked in an occupation for long periods of time, some of the Empress's employees may test into a bachelor degree through exams to show knowledge or through attendance at symposiums including written essay exams at the end of each symposium. This system is managed by the Ministry of Human Resources Life Long Learning System and the tests are to be administered onsite during the Symposiums attended.
PHD in Literature
The education system in the monarchies shall include a phd in literature program that begins in kindergarten and grants a PHD in literature after the defense of a PHD thesis the year after graduating high school / prep school / gymnasium. All children of the monarchy are able to begin the PHD program in English or American Literature based on specific books researched by the royal archive during 2016 to 2024. The program is challenging and is incorporated into the full curriculum of the school focusing on a degree program and takes 13 years and awards a degree in English or American Literature.
Bachelors of Engineering
Several school systems have been created that incorporate a bachelor of engineering program that allows students to graduate after 14 years with a bachelor degree in engineering. The pilot programs are located in Manchester and Liverpool. The bachelor degree begins in kindergarten and offers job placement upon graduation in the Monarchy.
Gemmology Degree
The Sovereign Empress attended a foundation degree in gemmology run by the FBI of the United States covering data of the school and the employees of the FBI and other government agencies overseas.
During the course, the sovereign empress was bullied, sexually assaulted in class and still passed the exam provided in the class for the course and is considered to have a foundation degree in gemmology. All students and teachers and surveillance who assaulted or insulted the sovereign empress will be prosecuted for the assaults and insults.
Because of the bullying at the final exam at the exam location, where surveillance accused her of cheating, shouted wrong answers and yelled and blew horns, the sovereign Empress declares the creation of exam sites similar to those in the USA where students can register and sit and take an exam in quiet. (GRE, MCAT, Foundation, Diploma, PHD etc.)
All students who passed the in-class gemmology exam are declared to have passed the gemmology exam from the summer of 2024. The lack of manners of intelligence and USA FBI is noted and formal complaints are to be filed with those US agencies due to the excessive bullying by people watching on surveillance during each class date for a full semester.
All students from the winter or summer 2025 exam who find themselves bullied and can prove they passed the in-class exam shall have passed this exam for the foundation course. All future exams may be written by the academic institution but must be administered in a testing centre by appointment to avoid bullying of students, sexual harassment issues by government military, FBI and Intelligence, and sexual assaults by inappropriate students, instructors or gemologists in Skin Masks and body suits.
Gemmology Degree for England and other Monarchy Countries
Because the two major educational systems for Gemmology in the UK are American, the monarchy shall create and manage a gemmology degree for the monarchy of England and Spain that has Gemmology labs. The Monarchy Gemmology Institute shall offer the foundation and diploma tests at testing institutions based in each monarchy location to certify accurate knowledge of current political gemmology.
Each gemmologist working in the Monarchy will be provided with the correct list of gems currently available on the market. Heritage gems stolen from the Monarchy by the FBI must be returned. Heritage gems stolen from 1990 to the present must be returned or if used in lasers, replaced with an equivalent gem to the Treasury.
All persons with experience with gems may state they are a gemologist but a certified gemologist must have passed the government diploma exam and jewellery test at a testing centre.
All persons with a gemmology degree, may sit the exam at a testing facility and will be awarded the certification as a certified gemologist after passing the foundation and Diploma tests.
The exam is not timed and all students are provided with sample jewellery to be evaluated from the royal collections of the Sovereign Empress. If you are unable to pass the exam in a reasonable amount of time, you are allowed to reschedule and attempt the exam again.
All persons interested in advance gemmology skills and a diploma or phd must register with home office as this degree is considered restricted due to its use as a currency and the defense use of gems by today's governments. The gemmology degree is valuable for those interested in political relations, global conflicts and the defense use of gems.
Any person who has taken a gemmology foundation degree course from a US institution must register with Home Office and must test at the testing centre to ensure their knowledge of current gemmology. the current Monarchy standards for grading set by the treasury and Home office require gemologists to have international relations knowledge to avoid bullying by other students or instructors or persons in the trades.
The current gemmology courses focus heavily on chemistry and environmental pollutants and the current location of gemstones.
This declaration is giving notice to students who may be interested in gems as rocks to choose geology as their degree. If they are interested in international relations, currency, defense and space, gemmology may be the correct degree.
