Television
Each District of France may pick what channels they would like for public television viewing. These channels will be available through Aerial television or through broadband without needed a subscription. To fund the stations, commercials will be added from the monarchy products, news announcements from mayors and barons or other commercial businesses that may be of interest to each region.
A list of stations will be made by the mayors of each village and submitted to the Monarchy Broadcast System of France for production or purchase.
The Sovereign Empress experienced one day in Munich, Germany when the digital systems went down and knows how stressful it is to be stuck without phones, news, radio or television.
This television broadcasting system is to ensure that all French have news and access to news from their regions.
English television has been requested. The channel will purchase television shows that are of interest to the French for broadcasting as is done by regional television in the United States of America.
Radio
Each district of France shall have radio they are able to receive outside of digital. The radio stations are publicaly owned but twenty percent of revenues goes to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann for infrastructure development and maintenance of royal properties in France.
Broadcasting content of radio stations will be chosen by regional DJs and the commecial advertising will be local, regional and IP regulated.
The Village Archival Library Bank Asset for the Bank of Exchange
Each village shall have an archivist librarian in charge of the bank of exchange in case of conflict. The contents of this royal archival location is a stock of paper for printing made of acid free paper, pigments, bolts of cloth, books printed on archival paper, toilet paper and seeds.
Each Archive shall hold twenty years worth of supplies and are the royal assets of the village. Those assets are to be used as a form of currency by the village in the event that currency is not available. A sale of assets in the Bank of Exchange is allowed for the purpose of replacing assets nearing an expiration date. Assets with no expiration date are not for sale unless currency is unavailable to the public.
The library books are available to be checked out by residents when the village is at peace.
These banks of exchange shall base their exchange rates on the exchange rates used during the wars.
