The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain creates The Ministry of Legal Advisors in each Monarchy for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.  The purpose of the Ministry of Legal Advisors is to provide legal advice to the empress and protect the real property assets, the intellectual property assets and the rights of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, the rights of her family, her children in Guardianship, her consorts and her personal staff/employees.
