 Manners | Someone Assaulted my Royal Children

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Germany, Kaiser von lands German, Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern, Emmy Ann SAM, Impératrice de Marenchou, MisMer et MeStein, Papa Papessa del Vaticano, Impératrice de toutes les autre monarchies gagné pendant les guerres monarchiques et ayant la lignée de Ramirez Chaux  requires all residents and citizens and subjects of the monarchies, countries, dominions to have manners.  This means the following:

• No pointing at any member of the royal family.
• No photography unless consent has been given by security.
• Be punctual to appointments.  Punctual is ten minutes before the appointment is to begin.
• No cutting in line.  Every person waiting has been waiting no person has the authority to cut into a line ahead of the people already waiting.  People may be paid to wait in line, if they are paid to wait in line, the transfer of funds of £100 pounds must be obvious to surveillance or you will be ticketed for jumping the line.  When I appoint an aristocratic class or government officials, they have no right to be in front of you in a line.  This is a republican right to stand and wait.
• Respect personal space.  An arm's distance away with the royals in public.  Security may be intense at times but space will never be less than an arm's distance away from people.  This is a luxury for everyone.  On the subways, we will have more trains during commuting times to avoid overcrowding. 
• When sitting in public around royals sit at attention. No sexual advances or gestures to the royal or her consorts or guardian children or her staff. If such behaviour is noticed, security will kick your ankle gently.

• When standing in public, no inappropriate gestures towards bottoms, genitals, breasts.
• When in the presence of royals, all persons are required to be covered in a modest way. No exposed belly, no exposed bottom, no exposed breasts.
• There is no accidental touching of royals.
• No Zapping the Royals with electricity or lasers.
• Excuse me is the appropriate statement if you enter into the royal air space within an arm's length.  If you would like to address the royal, you will say "Excuse me, Sovereign Empress."  
• No adults other than staff and adults approved by the royal have permission to speak to the children of the royals until they turn 16. Any child 16 and over will be addressed with "Excuse me" and the title they have been given at 16. Until they turn 16, all adults speak with the royal staff only.  Children who are friends address the royal children by their given names or an approved nickname.
• No Spitting.  For some reason, people in 4d want to spit.  Please stop.  This is inappropriate and rude behaviour.  If you spit in the vicinity of a royal, you lose your assets.  If you have no assets, you will be detained for an appropriate amount of time. Drunks in Manchester are detained for the weekend.  This is the minimum sentence once you have lost your assets.
• Hitting the royals.  Hitting the royals is a fifty year jail sentence.
• Sexual assault of a royal is death because the Sovereign Empress is Allah.  In countries with no death penalty, the sentence is life with no parole and no lateral transfer.  Sexual assault includes filter assaults on the Sovereign Empress's face and body.
• Stealing from the royals.  You will be hunted.  You will be required by the royals to pay back what was taken with interest.  If you are an employee you also lose your pension. If you are a resident or citizen you must pay back what was stolen.  I was told yesterday that England is a terrible country to own assets and it is my belief this is part of the prison culture left behind from WWII.  We will use prison rules for theft of Royal assets.  
• If a royal addresses you, you are allowed to speak your mind in a polite way in Business English.  All questions will be answered but may not be answered by the royal in person.  If you have a question for the royals, you may write it down and send it to Kensington Palace and a formal answer will be sent to you.  Both the question and the answer will be kept in the sovereign archive.
• The Sovereign for the security and safety of her family is 34 forever. There is no other age documented or used for the Sovereign Empress. This is Hispanic politeness.  When the sovereign hits 100 you will be allowed to call her abuelita.

• If someone including a royal falls asleep in public, leave them alone.  Surveillance is watching them.  If you touch them or their belongings, you will be arrested for assault or theft.
• Do not throw litter around the royal properties or in public spaces.  Your home interior is your personal space and the royals will not critique your living space.  The public spaces must be kept clean and appropriate for visitors visiting the home of the Roman Catholic Pope.
• If someone is reading a book, do not sit next to them and start talking. This is rude behaviour. If a royal is reading a book, do not read the same book and do not try and read a book for a royal. They like to read their own books alone. When she is done reading a book, she will post it on Instagram and the website for you to know her reading list.
• If a royal is in your class or workshop or symposium, they are a colleague and business etiquette is appropriate. You are the teacher, guest presenter or fellow student.  The royal will not wear her crown or a tiara in class and will be wearing clothes appropriate for the class setting. Please do not touch a royal in a class setting and do not filter assault the royal while in a class setting.
• If riding, the royal is one of the last horses in the hunt ride. She rides towards the back to avoid annoying more experienced hunters. She does not compete but does train for competitions.
• When driving, the royals drive with traffic.  Do not honk at royal cars, do not cut their car off and do not threaten their car.  Any threat is taken as a domestic terrorist threat.  You may wave at a royal car and they will wave back.
• The royal may go to a pub with friends. She knows the rules at a pub and she has made it clear you are allowed to vent at a pub to your friends.  Please do not vent at the Royal or her friends or her staff.  All vents are monitored and if the vent is her fault she will work to make amends.
• While in the vicinity of a royal, your phone may be quiet due to technology and you are allowed to keep your phone in your hand without taking a photo or video.   Your phone also may be decreased to 3g to limit cyber attacks.  Please be patient, the royals will avoid limiting your access to technology devices.
• Speak the truth and do not take someone else's actions as your own.  The surveillance will spend time tracking down the original.   

• White lies are acceptable social graces but not necessary with the royals.  For transparency all conversations are transcribed for the archive. If the royal looks terrible, it is a digital filter smashing at her face.  If her skin looks terrible, it is a sound wave distorting her skin to the skin of the surveillance filter.  If her body looks weird it is the Avatar program stretching her soft tissue.  You are allowed to say how disgusting this looks and the sovereign will tell you how disgusting it feels.
• Sorry is not an appropriate response for the royals at any time.  The royal has spent 9 years being tortured and hearing "sorry."   You may acknowledge what happened and work to fix it but sorry in England is an empty word filling a space for a real answer.
• The Sovereign Empress is telepathic and empathic.  If you are around the royal, she may shadow your movements, this is empathy not twinning.  If you are telepathic, she will not start a conversation but she will answer aloud whatever you have asked.  Do not touch her to start a conversation in telepathy.
• Have proper table manners in the European style. At formal dinners, the dinner time is set and dinner is ended by time not by the sovereign empress's tableware.
• The Sovereign Empress speaks four languages and understand doublespeak.   She will speak British in England and if the surveillance officers speak another language, possibly another language.
• Don't mock organised religion. The sovereign Empress Queen Ann is the pope/popess of the Catholic churches and inherited the Vatican and is Allah for the Moslem community and Shiva for Hindus.
• Do not enter any palace or royal property without permission. The standard set for England is protection of the home. The royal does not enter any residence without permission.
• The Royals believe in a helping hand up not charity but she will buy you a coffee or lunch if you ask for food.  the security officer will get it for you from the nearest fast food location.
• The Sovereign Empress shares facts. She may share her opinion but will make clear that it is her opinion.
• Orders are direct.  The sovereign empress is a four star general. She does not order by innuendo.
• The Sovereign Empress teaches an investment class and the students are allowed to share information from the class.  It is proper etiquette to share information with others to improve their lives. Basic investment information is not classified and improves the lives of all citizens and residents.

This list will be amended as situations happen.

Assault of Louis in Public by Employees

The reason this list is posted today is that some people employed by England or some agency assaulted Louis, the son of Catherine.  The assault was punching his eardrums and possibly other body parts causing him pain in public. The child was at a public photographed / videoed event without my consent and was hurt.

This behaviour is not tolerated by employees or subjects or citizens or residents of any monarchy location.  The children of Catherine Middleton are in my guardianship and Louis is the son she had to be my son in the monarchy since I gave birth to two girls.

Since you have hurt the son of Catherine Middleton the child of a Duke, and the child of the Sovereign Empress, the penalty is a regional employee penalty which is a pair of broken arms for each person who poked into his ears.  One of my daughters had her throat injured and the penalty is cut vocal cords.  For each of the injuries suffered between 2018 to 2025, the penaties to employees is a similar assault in the prison system you placed the Sovereign Empress.

If any child was assaulted in any other way, or if the other children were assaulted in any other way starting in 2025, the punishment is Jail time in France to be discussed by the ministry you work with or if you are a subject outside of employment with the criminal courts.

When you hurt my children in guardianship or people in fragile categories, you are hurting the sovereign empress and the punishment is severe. Full criminal charges will be filed and life imprisonment may be imposed.

Corporal punishment is not allowed with children, employees or spouses or with persons resident or citizen in my monarchies, dominions and countries. The past system of marking children with pain is not allowed.  Marking my children with strange habits that will endanger their lives has been noted and any future marking will be prosecuted.

Tagging my children by assault happened between 2018 to 2025 and surveillance is putting criminal files over to Home Office for prosecution.

All people still alive and not killed in the monarchy conflict or by prison cult justice in place with certain communities shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and be labelled domestic terrorists.  

The default system of justice is common law imposed by the Home Office in all monarchies.  The prison cult justice process used by certain agencies is allowed in those agencies if agreed to in the employement contracts of the employees.  Sadists who signed waivers and filed them with Home Office also have a set of punishments.  All other employees, residents and subjects will go through normal common law criminal and civil justice processes.

The Sovereign Empress does not authorise the use of torture, physical or emotional, on her person and signed NO WAIVERS.  Stop zapping me!
