Copyright Filing

The filing of intellectual property is essential for a strong commercial environment. The monarchy encourages the filing of patents and copyrights.

The filing of copyright material is free and includes names, books, letters, journals, blog posts, software, web content, databases,

The filing of visual intellectual property such as art and photography is free and includes such works as photographs, illustrations, architecture, diagrams, blueprints and maps.

The filing of audio intellectual property is included in the process of joint ownership.  The monarchy researches to ensure the files are not duplicates of other work and defends the intellectual property interests by having partial ownership in the audio intellectual property. Audio includes radio broadcasts,

Other copyright works are free to file and include television show created and filmed, plays, films, online and televised broadcasts, typographical content

The ministry provides a location to protect unpublished content by keeping on record a certified copy of the unpublished content.

Patent Filing

If a subject has a patent they would like to file and they are without finances, they may partner with the monarchy to file their patents for regional or global protection.  This process allows the patent owner to retain their name on the patent and have part ownership of the patent.  Because the monarchy finances the patent process, they retain a larger percentage of ownership to be determined by the Monarchy legal department of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.

The three main types of patents are

  • Design
  • Utility
  • Vegetation - agropatent.

The patents must provide a new and non obvious process, machine, something manufactured, improvement of something already made, new way to combine natural resources - composition of matter - chemicals - asexual human designer replication, human designer organs, human related medical processes.

All Inventions may not be offensive to human morality.  The sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain is a Roman Catholic and protects humanity and the earth we live on.
