Ministry of Human Resources, Employment and Employees

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain has created the Ministry of Human Resources, Employment and Employees which focuses on employment in the monarchies, human resource support, employee rights and employer support.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain declared one hundred percent employment in the commonwealth. All residents and subjects must register at Human Resources and have employment or be unable to work.

The declaration that you are unable to work means you are not working and will never be able to work. Such people are on permanent social assistance.

All other people are declared able to work and have the opportunity to work from the age of sixteen to planned retirement at 80.  Such retirement is elective and persons may choose not to retire and change employment to fit with their current interests. 

All positions that are open and available for employment in the commonwealth are documented at the ministry of Human Resources (HR) and are within the monarchy government or the private sector.

If a person is dismissed from a position, they must register at HR for employment or they will be labeled unable to work and placed on public assistance. If a person is self-employed or owns a business, they will be registered at HR as owning a business and self-employed and will be able to receive pensions and other benefits through HR as self-employed business owners.

The ministry of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for employee safety, internal affairs in regards to employment discrimination, abuse and conflicts.  They are responsible for employee education programs, apprenticeships, online and in persons workshop review and certification. 

The ministry of HR documents employee exams and certification towards degrees through symposiums and other programs created for the educational advancement of monarchy subjects to keep subjects competitive with other employees from different commonwealth nations.

The Ministry of Human Resource documents every position available in the monarchy and assists employees in their lateral transfer to a new occupations or lateral transfer to different monarchies or different businesses.

The Ministry of HR works with the treasury to ensure proper taxation and salaries for employees. Works with the Ministry of Health and Wellness to ensure proper health benefits, works with the Ministry of pensions to ensure accurate pension benefits for all employed subjects and works with Home Office and the Monarchy Intelligence to ensure the safety of all employees in the Monarchy.
