The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann declares the creation of the ministry of I'm Watching You. This ministry's role and the need for this agency is based on the Sovereign Empress Ann's experience living in Europe and the United States where surveillance feeds were used to steal her assets and create collaged blackmail material to "keep her in her place" and "be so poor she has to suck a dick."
When the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann inherited from Queen Elizabeth II in 2016 with the transfer of the Sovereign Trust, she requested an inventory or sovereign properties. This inventory includes all monarchy assets in all countries and in space and caused some individuals to recreate the great steal of the 1940s.
Certain blackmailers, intelligence agents, cult members, politicians and people who had access to illegal surveillance feeds stole property, kidnapped people, held the sovereign empress prisoner and duplicated in a weird cult way things that happened in the monarchy wars, in the reconstruction years between the end of the war and 1957 and committed crimes against the Sovereign Empress.

She Declares war on criminals, domestic terrorists, cult members and blackmailers stealing government surveillance and making fake videos to hurt and embarrass. She declares war on government agencies stealing video surveillance feeds and using them to earn profits through pornography. Intelligence gathering does not require stealing surveillance feeds.
For her own monarchies, she gives permission to home office to send in Internal Affairs to investigate:
- All employees who have access to surveillance feeds and have ties to past dukes, past aristocracy, past intelligence.
- other government agencies who have blackmail material transcripts in their personnel files
- Agencies who have lateral transfers or have access to the personal files of laterals kept by police and defense departments
- Agencies holding trial data and evidence of accidents, government work product that is classified.
Severe Penalties
The penalties are severe.
If you see a crime, please send a note to Home office so the police and the Grumpies of Children and Families are able to investigate the crime. All cases are classified to avoid innocent parties being smeared in the press and through gossip. If you record a crime, please send in the data to avoid being considered an accomplice.
Stolen Assets from the Monarchy, Deceased Persons, or Lateral Transfer Lives
If assets are stolen from the monarchies, the punishment is severe. Do not steal from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann who pays the salary of 80 percent of the people in England does not find it funny and will take away your citizenship.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann is completing an inventory for the under monarchies which were won in the monarchy wars up to 2024. Any assets stolen must be returned or criminal and civil cases will be filed against the persons and their estates as the full inventory is recorded and missing assets are noted.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann's clarification of Assets will determine what assets were owned by the kings and Queens and whether any assets were owned by aristocrats who were sent abroad by the Monarchies.

No lateral transfer is allowed to take assets. A lateral transfer has the luxury of having a new life. If you are allowed to have a name and avoid death because of testimony at trial, committing perjury or being an intelligence agent unable to surface. All assets of lateral transfers are put in the treasury of the monarchy where the person decided to change identity. There is no return from a lateral transfer. All persons who changed identity have the opportunity to work and make money. The government that changed your identify is responsible for making sure you have notice before you change lives.
If a person decided to leave their assets to the monarchy or to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann, those assets kept in her personal bank accounts and are not available to whatever person decided to laterally transfer into the life of the person who passed away.
Stealing money from the monarchy is not acceptable. The assets stolen during the great steals of WWII and the current conflicts must be returned. The Ministry of I'm watching you, watches all surveillance and global data streams to collect back stolen identities, assets and real property and the ministry is funded outside of tax for 70 years.
If a government agency lent money to you and you are a lateral transfer, the lateral transfer on the up or down, will be required to return the money lent. If a person was given a golden parachute that was excessive, the person will be required to return what is not considered an acceptable parachute for a government worker or retired employee. The sovereign empress understands that some people were unable to handle how much data was kept about their personal lives and those people decided to have a new life with a new name and a new face.
