Trains
The train systems of the Island of Atlantis (England). The train tracks of the island belong to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain and shall be financed through funds collected by the Department of Transportation for fares of passengers and passage by freight trains and private trains usage of the tracks owned by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.
With consent of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, a private train may be used on sovereign tracks. The train schedule of each train must be submitted to the Ministry of Transportation and fit around the publicly announced train departures scheduled for each day and which have tickets sold.
All trains where tickets have been sold must run. If a train is unable to run because of crew issues, the crew of that train will have their liability insurance used to reimburse passengers, to pay for delays, returned tickets and any other financial liabilities. If a train is unable to run because of an issue on the tracks that could have been prevented, the maintenance crew liability insurance will be used to refund train tickets or pay for other financial liabilities incurred by the cancellation or delay of a train due to infrastructure. If the train is unable to run because of members of the platform crew, the platform employee insurance shall be used to pay for delays, returned tickets or any other financial liability to passengers of the trains systems of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
A set of private tracks for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain shall be created to avoid interfering with the public train schedules. The last car of each train will be available solely for the sovereign empress on each train and that car may only be opened by keycard of the sovereign Empress Queen Ann and her family and her personal staff. The sovereign has trains running at all times to all locations for security. No other private or public train will be allowed to use her personal trains tracks outside of her personal trains and freight trains. All freight service may be allowed to use the private train tracks of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann but only scheduled around the trains scheduled for the use of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann and the children of her guardianship. No sovereign employees are allowed to use the private tracks of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain. No sovereign employees or members of the public are allowed to use her private sovereign empress trains or use the tracks which are created for her exclusive use.
Security Staff appointed by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain are allowed to manage her personal trains and may be located on each of her trains for work purposes but security other than the one managing the train must use the regular train system. The security staff on her personal trains are not allowed to have visitors or use the trains for their personal use.
All trains on all sovereign tracks shall have one class of service to accommodate all passengers. All trains are first class Commuter Class with no second class or tourist class. A Luxury train service is provided for on long distance travel of more than four hours and will include all train cars of the long haul service. The luxury service trains run on off peak times and are owned exclusively by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain for the use of her subjects. Any train heading to Europe will be luxury first class service for the whole train.
All current trains that are memorial will be retired to a train museum. All trains running that are not memorial will be renovated to provide the appropriate amount of safety for passengers. All trains running shall be available for inspection from the Ministry of Transportation and all trains running on Sovereign tracks must have appropriately trained staff running the trains on the current transportation system.
Historical trains are allowed to run on the tracks at off peak periods and must provide the appropriate amount of safety for passengers.
All passengers of trains are provided with notice of surveillance and security on the trains in all locations and on the platforms in all locations. Security is located on all trains and all platforms.
For persons who have declared themselves employed and must commute to work, monthly discounts of no more than fifty percent are available with the declaration of working. Full time students receive free transportation to specific train stations associated with their schooling for the school semesters and discounted tickets for holidays.
Holiday passengers who book their tickets six months in advance shall receive a fifty percent discount on holiday tickets and shall be able to purchase family tickets for up to six family members per ticket to be used on off peak times.
All commuters will be able to associate their commuter ticket with their national insurance number for tax purposes.
