Monarchy of Canadada and Polar Bears on Monarchy Soil and on Polar Cap

Killing of Polar Bears are Prohibited 

The Sovereign Empress declares Canadian and North Pole Polar Bears protected and prohibits the killing of Polar Bears.   The North American Polar Bear is now labeled a North American White Bear and is a protected species.

The numbers of North American Polar Bears are few and the Sovereign Empress protects the Polar Bears/White Bear that wander the ice caps between nations.
