Purchase of Items with Treasury Funds

This is a Notice that Emmy Ann Horstkamp, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain is now purchasing using her funds from the treasury and all invoices are submitted to the treasury for payment.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann provides identification which is a driver's license in case you need verification of her identity.  She is not famous.  The Sovereign Empress completed a Queen's walk documented by surveillance and will not have a public coronation.  

Mistaken for Prince Harry's Widow

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann sometimes gets confused with Meghan Markle when she has long hair.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann purchased the intellectual property from Ms. Markle so she could live quietly in LA.  Ms. Markle is currently working on the Windsor Castle project in Las Vegas, Nevada and the television series Windsor Castle.

Meghan Markle a/k/a Rachel Markle is not a stand-in for the Empress.  Rachel Markle is the widow of prince harry and has no authority to purchase items for Emmy Ann Horstkamp or the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

Identification Card

The sovereign Empress Queen Ann does not have an English Identification Card and the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann uses her other ID when traveling or purchasing item under the name Emmy Ann Horstkamp.  Her legal Sovereign age is always 34 but her ID age is that of her current driver's license.  

POPE

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain is Pope of the Catholic church, a title she inherited when she inherited the Vatican.  She does not accept personal gifts from the public that are not formally given to the monarchy and registered through the treasury for historical purposes. This is the first time in recorded history that the Vatican has a female pope.   Personal gifts from friends and family are allowed.  If you are gifting the Pope, it will be placed in the treasury and inventory of the Vatican. Her title at the Vatican is Pop/Popess.

Raised a republican, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain pays with her funds at the treasury for items from her subjects and from registered businesses. Any gifts you would like to give to the Monarchy are given through formal ceremony and recorded with the Monarchy you intend the gift.

Nothing is passed to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann when she is walking around England or on the lands of other Monarchies.  

Process of Payment

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain is on surveillance 24/7 and a transcript is created of each of her days.  This process documents anything she may purchase online or in person. If she purchases from a business or in person, she will show her International photo ID.  

The Invoice created by the business she is frequenting is documented by surveillance and the business or person is then required to submit the invoice to the treasury for matching and for payment.  

Payment is made upon receipt of the invoice and verification of the purchase with the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann's Royal Guard Surveillance who verifies purchases and assists in setting charters and seals.  

All purchases will be listed at St. James Palace for invoice submission if a business would like to submit in person.

Seals Charters and Consent to Use a Business

Each time the Sovereign Empress purchases from a business and the purchase goes smoothly and the quality of product and the customer service is of an excellent nature, the business is listed by St. James Palace as a business where Subjects of the Monarchy may use services or purchase products without issue.

The consent for businesses is given through the Surveillance Feeds monitoring the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain and the business will be notified that it has her consent to provide services to her subjects.

If the service is exceptional for all subjects, then a seal may be given through a formal ceremony to the business.  Because the sovereign empress Queen Ann was forced to do the Queen's walk, all old seals and charters have been removed.

Promise to Commuters and People who See the Sovereign Empress in person

I promised not to steal your men, your women, your money, your houses, your bikes, your bags, your jewellery, your furniture, your vacations, your cars, your children, your books or any other item stolen in the past by the Aristocratic class or former royals.  You have rights as subjects, residents and citizens and I protect your right to own property with title and receipt and retain ownership of goods purchased or gifted.

My right as The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Deutschland, Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern, Emmy Ann SAM, Impératrice de toutes les monarchies et ayant la lignée de Ramirez Chaux is to be acknowledged as Sovereign Empress, to be surrounded by people with manners, to be treated with good customer service, to live freely and without imprisonment in my monarchies, to have human rights and the right to access to the court and protection of the laws in each monarchy, country and dominion, to keep my possessions, my family, my consorts, my children, my furniture, my personal possessions, my books and all things I purchase with my funds from the treasury or my bank accounts.

Promise to Be Civil

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann promises not to harm you.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain will not hurt you with her fist, poke you with an umbrella, stomp on your shoes, poke at your eyes, kick your back, pinch your skin, pull your hair, kick your ankle, punch your stomach, poison you, torture you or imprison you on purpose outside of a jail.  She will never rape any individual, any object or any thing ever. She is a Roman Catholic and some of you have been disgusting.

The Sovereign Empress's refusal is not an insult and may not be taken to the court of insult. Rejecting sexual advances is not an insult for the courts.  Because of my role as Pope, I do not accept invitations that are unvetted and I'm offended by pornography made by blackmailers and bored "stupid" people.

During the last four years, I was exposed to all kinds of meanness and people shared their personal experiences as I worked under the name Emmy Ann Horstkamp.  I promise to continue being a republican in nature and protect the rights of children, women and men to live a free life without physical injury from the monarchies and people living within my countries and dominions.  I promise to continue working to protect human rights of my subjects, residents and citizens.

This promise not to harm does not include interview zapping which is done by a professionals for the purpose of retrieving data of a crime or to verify a person's identity.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain talks to all souls and does not consider this harming you, it is just a conversation and she may request conversations through Home Office.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann uses interviews only for work while looking for the history of the monarchies or helping Home Office.  She is not overly curious about individual subjects, residents or visitors.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain uses time punishment not corporal punishment. Rape of any person is 50 years imprisonment.  Stealing is set by Common Law cases.  Insults are dealt with at the Court of Insult.  Rejecting a sexual advance is not an insult and persons are monitored by surveillance.

Return Property to Monarchy at Lost and Founds, Treasury and St. James

If you have stolen property, please do not hand it to the Sovereign Empress. Return any items mistakenly in your possession to St. James Palace, the Treasury or a Hilton Hotel which has a Lost and Found.
