The Sovereign Empress drinks alcohol socially and does not smoke recreational drugs.  She does not mind others using recreational drugs and they are legal in the monarchies she inherited.  Recreational drugs that do not harm her citizens and which are legal in the Netherlands will be legal in other monarchies.

All hotels will have designated rooms which permit recreational smoking of marijuana. If someone smokes marijuana in a room that is not specifically designated for recreational marijuana smoking, the persons will be charged with the cleaning fee to remove the smell from the space.

All marijuana must be purchased in her monarchies through the biopharma outlets / pharmacies.

Pharma Businesses

The sovereign empress inherited pharmaceutical businesses on all continents.  From these pharma businesses, she has a cure for HIV which works if found within the first three years of exposure.  This cure was found in 2016 and was discovered by a scientist in the Caribbean.

The sovereign empress has medication for Herpes that will be available through medical prescription from the Ministry of Health and Wellness.  The medication heals herpes but does not stop reinfection and is not subsidised.

The sovereign empress worked with the Trump administration while living in London. The sovereign Empress discovered that Covid was airborne and put in place procedures to stop medical personnel from getting infected at work.

The sovereign empress's pharmaceutical companies have IP and may share/contract/license formulas with generic pharmaceutical companies.  The pharmaceuticals are for profit businesses focused on health and research.  If there is a global pandemic, all labs will focus on finding a cure, vaccine or other protective systems for subjects of the monarchy. 

The monarchy does not create biological weapons in the pharmaceutical businesses owned by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.  The defense departments of each monarchy may have bioweapons in storage or in research facilities but these weapons are considered defense weapons in the inventory of the defense departments of the Monarchy.  

All biological weapons are researched by the defense department to find protective measures and are kept under extreme security to prevent theft.

Bio Pharmaceutical Businesses Owned by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann

From 2016 to 2024, the Sovereign Empress inherited or was given businesses that were focused on biopharmaceuticals including marijuana and other hallucinogenics created from organic materials. 

The sovereign empress is transparent on the biopharmaceutical she manufactures through her inherited or created businesses.  A list of all biopharma products created through her businesses are available from the Ministry of Health and Wellness. 

The labs for her biopharmaceutical businesses are global and use natural vegetation, bugs or animals to create biopharmaceutical products for skin care, recreational use, medical use, environmental use or for the protection of her subjects, defense use. The biopharmaceutical companies may have defense contracts but do not experiment with biological warfare or harming humans.  Their focus include protecting earth and humans.

Any research that has a defense use will be registered and access restricted. No product classified as defense will be allowed on the open market or sold in commerce.  All research in monarchy databases and scientists using research will be monitored by the defense departments and the ministry of Health and Wellness.

Detox Programs

The Sovereign empress restricts the use of Opiods in all regions due to the danger of addiction from one prescription.  The sovereign empress has in place a detox program created by an American Police officer to help people detox from this addictive pain medicine.

From her conversations with pain specialists, a small amount of pain is needed to know how your body is doing so all pain medications take this into acount.

For other addictive substances, such as cocaine or alcohol, the sovereign empress has detox program created in Europe to assist detoxing and help people reach sobriety.

For cigarettes, the sovereign empress has a program designed in Europe to help quit smoking nicotine cigarettes.
