Removal and Closure of Councils of Every City in England | Declaration of the Ministry of City Welfare

It has come to my attention that the city Councils were being used to collect taxes and to take money from the government for Housing and to give permits.

The Councils are now closed in all cities, towns, villages and wherever else they were located on the Island holding England.  The council is replaced with city offices of the Ministry of City Welfare which is funded by the treasury of England which holds all funds collected by each city for that city.

The Ministry of City Welfare's office in each city will be on city property owned by the city. The office is not allowed on monarchy land and there is no immunity for employees or departments in the building.

The city property used by the Ministry of City Welfare a/k/a City Welfare, is under surveillance by Home Office, Monarchy Intelligence and an emergency phone is located in each building clearly marked for emergency services.

Housing is now dealt with at the Ministry of Housing.

Taxes are collected by the Treasury and may be paid online
