The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain retired past in person consorts due to an FBI data drop from the United States of America. Those consorts busy with their intellectual property issues have not been able to act as consorts in person but may have been present in a digital manner since 2018.
The sovereign empress does not have verification of what events past consorts may have attended but will update the archive once the information is available for archiving.
Consorts in the future, will be required to deal with their intellectual property before accepting the role of consort. All consorts added will be presented to the public and their names published by royal decree. All royal consorts are provided with a salary stipend, a description of their role as a consort and what events they may have to attend. At this time, the sovereign empress Queen Ann of England and Spain has a seven year backlog of events with no official in person consorts declared.
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann acknowledges that she has two representative parents who are French and who may act as royal consorts in France and any other location they choose. Her birth parents died and her french parents are to stand in their place at events and function in a parental role without rights to her titles, her lands or access to the royal nursery. Each parent has a royal property appropriate for a royal parent in London, Paris and wherever the royals are domiciled.
One British person called "Eye Candy" has been chosen to attend in person banquets and to be present at some events focused on her demographic (people in their twenties.) Her role is considered a consort role and it is her role for thirty years or until she does not want to be called eye candy or decides on a different consort role.

Father Consorts
The children in the guardianship of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann have father consorts who are background checked by Children and Families and Home office. The father consorts are consorts of the guardianship children and their responsibilities focus on attending events with the child /children, running errands with the child/children, supporting their academic interests and helping them prepare for university. Their role as father consort is monitored by the Ministry of Children and Families and Home office. The father Consorts have no parental rights but act in the role for the children under guardianship to assist the child / children and ensure they have stable platonic relationships with adults.
Father consorts have the right to discuss the child with nannies, security and other father consorts and all expenses related to the child while with the Father Consort are covered by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
Father consort does not have access to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann's residences but may be present at the royal nursery public spaces and spaces deemed appropriate by the Nannies and security staff of each child.
Future Consorts
As a Roman Catholic, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann defines consorts as people who attend events, parties, dinners and are requested to represent the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain with or without her presence at public functions or events where the Sovereign has accepted the invitation may attend, may not attend or is not able to be at the event with notice but may attend if a consort is attending.
All event invitations accepted by the Sovereign Empress will be officially accepted by the Sovereigns events secretary to be hired by her Private Secretary, Sandra Arenas. All event invitations accepted will have a royal consort attending but, because of security issues, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann may not attend if the security agencies are unable to ensure her safety.
Because of security, all consorts are kept under surveillance at all times while on sovereign property and while on official sovereign consort duty. Because of her work with the Defense departments, all consorts are monitored during their work for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann but have their privacy when not on official duties.
All surveillance material documenting their work and time as a royal consort will be available for their review and is kept at the royal archives.
Personal Friends of the Royal
Personal friends of the royal are not considered consorts. They are Friends of the Royal and may be gifted a title that remains with them as long as they are personal friends of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
A consort may become a personal friend and if their role changes, it will be noted and decreed that a consort is now a personal friend of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
Consort Interaction with the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann
The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann, was tortured from 2016 to 2025 after her appointment by Queen Elizabeth II and is not interested in casual emotional or casual physical relationships. She requests all individuals avoid touching her skin.
The torture left the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann with post traumatic stress under certain situations and the trauma has removed her opportunity to have casual friendships with new people.
Transparency
Because of her work, talking about the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann outside of her presence may require a person to be connected through digital technology for a response. All conversations with the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann have a digital response option. The Sovereign Empress has always given notice to others of her conversations through the digital system and provides people with an opportunity to respond when they are directly involved in the discussion. This is to avoid misunderstanding that might hinder international relations and jeapordize the life of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
This system is used whenever work is discussed in her presence. The digital system is in place for political topics, agency work, intelligence work, defense work and work where the Sovereign Empress has been hired to mediate a discussion.
The system is not in place during social gatherings and during public events and when the Sovereign Empress is not having a discussion. At all times where the sovereign empress is having a non personal conversation, it may be recorded, transcribed and added for response.
If a conversation is recorded by surveillance and deemed needing a response, the Sovereign Empress will read the surveillance notes and add a response option for the people involved in the conversation. Since 2016, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann has been on digital observations 24 hours a day using this system without pause. She has requested privacy and this has been ignored. She is currently in this system by duress.
The Sovereign Empress, Queen Ann will not publish her personal friend list from before her appointment as the living goddess the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain and her personal friends will not be required to add their conversations for responses. All friends of the royal will retain their privacy and are not under video surveillance in her residence while visiting but may be under surveillance by in person security personnel. For security reasons not associated with her personal friends, security is present at most times.
No personal friends shall be left alone in her personal residences without written consent of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann to avoid security issues and illegal video surveillance collages.
Personal friends of the royal may be offered residence in the royal boroughs of London and in each country of her Sovereign Monarchies and will be offered security while in their residences. Personal friends of the royal may be offered country estates and titles and the use of other assets that may be under video surveillance.
All costs for personal friends visiting the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann are covered by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann through the Treasury of the English Monarchy and each monarchy treasury associated with the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann. All expenses will be documented if using the funds from taxation. All expenses using private funds will not be documented by the treasury but will be documented and archived for historical purposes by the royal archive.
