The City of Paris and the impératrice reine Ann's French Real Property and Land Renovations

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain inherited the French Title of Roi impératrice reine and is the Sovereign of France.  

As the French Sovereign, she declares and affirms Paris as the capital of the monarchy of France and affirms that french citizens have a republic for government purposes with Monarchy supported mayors in each village, town and city.  All mayors are supported from the funds of the Monarchy of France.

The impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain inherited all the lands and assets of the French Sovereign and aristocrats when the title merged with England in the Monarchy war.  

All French titles lower than hers have been taken down and a full inventory of the French Title properties will be available at the Louvre as the history of France when the inventory of clarification of titles is completed.



Barons to be Declared for Regions of France

The impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain will appoint barons of France as regional custodians of land and people to hear the issues of mayors and assist with the protection of France. The requirements of barons is strict and the regions will be consulted before titles are granted.  After discussion with the republic, the impératrice reine will determine if any other titles work within a republic structure.  

The subjects of France are citizens of the Republic of France. 

During the war of monarchies, WWII, people from various countries were stranded, isolated or imprisoned on French soil.  Those people are considered French above any other nationality.

French soldiers from the war may have been stranded in other countries and may have taken up citizenship in those countries during the 17 years after the war which is considered the era of reconstruction.  Those French are citizens by family and if they are able to prove their ancestory is French they may have rights to physical assets located in France and right to legal French citizenship.

People who wandered over after the war of monarchies and pretended to be French and are marked by the French as aggressive foreigners are considered Nazis in hiding and are not accepted by the French communities as new French.  They do not have ownership or squatters rights.   

The impératrice reine demands all Nazis to leave the French properties owned by the impératrice reine. Any buildings which may have been built as residences are considered to be built without permission and are forfeited by those people and may be taken down or removed.

The impératrice reine will listen to the neighbourhoods and the villages of France and renovate or take down buildings.  The impératrice reine will place into the museum of French history, the history of each area of France and also place the history into the royal archive of the French Monarchy.

The impératrice reine is French in ancestory, her Colombian mother was from the family Chaux from the region of Cali.  

The impératrice reiner has a representational village which was chosen by her representational family, a representational French father and mother who are French parental consorts.  The impératrice reine's birth parents died and she is considered an orphan raised by lateral transfer parents, a custom of the English.  

Her lateral parents have passed away and she appointed this set of representational French parents to assist at public functions.

The impératrice reine believes in raising her own family and is guardian of all children created illegally from her DNA.  Her children are raised speaking European French/Spanish/English/German/Japanese/Cantanese and are part of the French royal lineage.  Because of her work, she has a staff of nannies, security officers and tutors working with the royal nursery and assisting in educating the children to a high standard according to her Roman Catholic Faith.

Disney

Euro Disney near Paris is changed to Viva La France a Disney park focused on French Culture and History.   Euro Disney, a park focused on general Monarchy history is moved to Spain.

Louvre

The Louvre art museum will have a new building. Any artwork taken to space will remain in space and the museum posters or replica art will be marked as duplicates.  The building that used to house the art museum will hold The French History Museum created by the impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain for the people of France.  

The building for the new art museum will use land at the edge of the Jardin des Tuileries reducing the size of the garden. A butterfly garden is funded from the funds of impératrice reine in France to be built in the Jardin des Tuileries.

Bois Du Boulogne

Bois Du Boulogne is closed to visitors.  It is considered dangerous and will be fenced in and gated.  The N185 will be renovated to go around the royal park.  the grounds of the park are to be renovated removing all remnants of WWII, all memorial trees and anything dangerous to Paris.  The A13 shall remain open and the lower edge of the royal property.  The Blvd peripherique stays open and the royal property fortification wall will follow the blvd.  

The Bois du Boulogne was a property used as an estate for a royal during the war where the royal was held hostage prisoner.  Each capital of Europe has one of these locations and they were used to hold hostage royals during the war of monarchies.  A Chateaux will be built from the chateaux in her inventory.

There are no public roads above ground through the Bois du Boulogne and plans for renovating the park shall begin but the impératrice reine must approve the plans before building commences for the park redesign or the family chateaux.

The sovereign Empress retains all rights to the propreties in France and in Paris and in all colonies of France, all private dominions of the French sovereigns, all properties held custodial by the aristocracy. 

All Inventory of the impératrice reine will be reviewed by the impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain before being released for sale to French citizens.

English government employees, past aristocracy or past royal place holders, past intelligence officers, lateral transfers or cult members are prohibited access to her properties and have no opportunity to purchase.  Ownership of her properties or use of her properties by governments is prohibited.  All government officials of the English government must be located in an office building off of royal palace grounds. All other government officials must be located in office buildings off of royal grounds.

Bois De Vincennes

Bois De Vincennes is closed.  The zoo is closed to visitors and all animals will be relocated to reservations. A museum of History DNA of wild animals and space will be created with surveillance of the species in the displays that were in a zoo.  This museum will be placed in a royal building in the 13th Arrondissment.

The Parc des Bon Voisins is the new name of bois des vincennes.  The royal parc is the private estate of the impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain as empress popess of the Greek Orthodox, Bayerish and Roman Catholic Churches.  

Mass for all three churches is held at Notre Dame Cathedral, a Royal Church and official visitors to the Church are met in the palace quarters next to the Cathedral.

The Park estate will have a French Chateaux built according to symmetry of space and the Chateau de Vincennes is taken down with bricks being moved to Viva La France.

History of France through Urban Planning

Through historical research and urban planning, the impératrice reine Ann of England and Spain will retain buildings, parks and other memorials to the war or, document the memorial and redevelop the area for the French citizens.
