This is notice that she owns all sovereign lands and inventory is being clarified for all real property assets including all assets of the Closed Church of England and all their subsidiaries. Please notify her attorneys in North Carolina if you are in possession of any of her real property or custodian of real property.
All sovereign properties in the US are outside of taxation. All sovereign properties in the US are within the jurisdiction of the laws of the USA and with court order and an appointment, federal officers may be able to meet on Sovereign land as approved by the lawyers of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.
If you are a government agency using sovereign property of the Sovereign, please ensure you have an updated agreement. The sovereign empress inherited the properties in 2016 and has no issue with federal agencies renting properties at an appropriate rate. No immunity of action is available to renters on sovereign land.
If you are illegally on property and are misusing sovereign property, civil and criminal cases may be filed and internal affairs will be notified of abuse by federal and state employees on sovereign land.
North Carolina
The Sovereign Empress Created a state wide law firm and this law firm represents her for court cases, mediations and negotiations. In all cases, a lawyer from North Carolina will work to set up the team for each state.
The Sovereign Empress is clarifiying titles in North,Central and South America.
No person had authority to sell sovereign assets while the sovereign was in a digital containment situation between 2016 to 2025. Some people were relocated with her permission and some assets were relocated that belonged to others. No assets were scheduled to be sold. The sovereign empress may sell real property in specific areas where she has no interest and may place in trust properties for the US public and for Tribe America. At this time, she is focused on full notice and inventory.
Texas
The sovereign empress owns the property from the Country of Spain, located in Texas and has a ranch in her name. The lands which were used for oil production are being transitioned into storage to stabilise the ground ruined by fracking. The properties built between 2015 to 2025 may be torn down. This is notice that any building built between 2015 to 2025 may be illegal or may not be authorised. The Sovereign empress requested the building of a film studio near Dallas which may or may not have been constructed.
The Sovereign Empress was gifted £486 million in 2016 which was stolen by the English. The whereabout are not known and all persons will be pursued for 70 years. A red notice is filed with this post with all governments that certain domestic terrorists are in their sovereign lands and may be in possession of illegal funds which were gifted to the Sovereign Empress for her use before she was crowned Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
This notice is for all persons and legal entities that there is a banking freeze of all their digital financial assets if Home Office suspects he funds are in your possession. The Sovereign Empress inherited the lands under Disney a park focused on the history of the monarchy. She inherited the land under Space Canaveral, the land under most of the cities of Florida. The Sovereign Empress inherited most of the land under the farms of Florida and inherited many rental properties. Notice is given that a full inventory of Florida will be posted at Disney for the citizens of Florida to see. For security reasons, any private residence of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann will not be on the inventory notice.
NYC
The city of manhattan and the buroughs surrounding the city have many sovereign properties. The residents of Harlem have requested to be moved to other buroughs and their land will be turned into a park in memory of the princess who was skinned while alive in Europe. Her family surrounded her with Harlem to keep her company. The families of Harlem are relocating to where their families are living.
The building she inherited on the West Side were palaces and a certain number may be retained as palaces. The buildings she inherited on the east side may be retained as rental properties or kept as personal residences.
Other buildings in Manhattan have protected status as neighbourhoods or buildings representing history of Manhattan and the USA.
All tunnels to manhattan will be renovated. All bridges will be renovated. All transportation in the city will be renovated with the Sovereign Empress Manhattan funds.
The damage created by 9/11 will be fixed and certain buildings near the UN will be taken down and a new building complex created for the Monarchies and Commonwealth.
Bedbugs is a big issue in Manhattan. Bedbugs love sand and people who like going places tropical are warned. All buildings that have bedbug issues must be closed for at least a year to remove bedbugs. Any sovereign building with a bedbug issue, will be closed for a year to remove the bugs and all residents will be given alternative housing without their belongings for the year.
