Second Class mail is no longer available. Marketing mail is by request only and is delivered by Courier. The Royal Mail will have a registered mail system available which may be used by lawyers for Proof of Service. The Royal Mail will only have paper stamps. Digital stamps are not allowed in England. The funds from stamps is income for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann and all stamps will be approved by the Sovereign Empress before printing.

The Royal Pigeon website is maintained by the Royal Mail and shall be funded by the Royal Mail.
The Royal pigeons are maintained by the Royal palaces of England, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Thailand, China, Japan, Australia and Korea and any other palace location that has Royal messenger pigeons.
Royal pigeon races are not included in the messaging services but are funded by the royal palaces housing the royal pigeons.
Electronic AI animal messengers
The monarchy of England has developed AI birds, fish and other creatures that look wild but are AI animals sometimes using the body of a dead animal reanimated. The animals are used for surveillance and for sharing messages between government agencies.

All Royal airmail through the monarchy and the commonwealth is screened by each home office and handled through the Royal Mail system and the Ministry of Transportation focused on Planes.
Air transport of packages and mail by private firms are allowed including but not limited to Royal AirMail DHL, FedEX and UPS.
Delivery Services
All delivery services on land are registered with Service and are monitored by Home Office. All persons wanting to open a delivery service must pass a security background check and licensed through Home Office as commercial delivery services and delierymen.
