The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Deutschland, Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern, Emmy Ann SAM, Impératrice de toutes les monarchies et ayant la lignée de Ramirez Chaux declares and proclaims the creation of the Ministry of Courts, Legal Professions, Legal Education and Legal Publications.


The Ministry focuses on maintaining a high standard for the court, judges, lawyers, legal education and the publication of legal court cases, legal briefs, legal opinions and legal reviews.



The Ministry overseas the Transnational Courts of Norwich, the International Courts of London, the English Court system at the city, regional and Supreme court level. 


The Ministry must run a judge school based on the common law system and all judges shall have a doctorate degree in law and an LLM in Judicial Procedure and Practice.


The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Deutschland, Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern, Emmy Ann SAM, Impératrice de toutes les monarchies et ayant la lignée de Ramirez Chaux requests oversight from the commonwealth supreme courts of each country associated with her monarchies in evaluating the impartiality of the current English judges, organising and interviewing judges for the English Monarchy Supreme court located in London, Transnational Court located in Norwich and the first set of international court judges for the London International Court.


The judges hired with a certain level of experience have three years to complete the LLM in judical procedure and are on probation until they have completed their LLM.   All law schools shall offer the LLM in England for lawyers interested in becoming judges.


All judge positions shall be monitored by Home Office & Monarchy Intelligence to protect them from blackmailers and they shall have protection officers at the regional and supreme court level, transnational courts if requested and international courts.


The funding for the Law Schools is from legal fees generated from the Courts.  The Court system is funded from publications and educational fees.
