The Ministry of Health and Wellness | Employees at Medical Hospitals and Health Facilities

The National Health System of The Kingdoms of England and Spain are based on a prison camp health system and are now transformed into the Ministry of Health and Wellness for both Kingdoms and the governments found within those monarchies.  

The Ministry of Health and Wellness is funded from taxation funds at the treasury in each politically structured state and may receive additional funding from courses, and approved research studies of patients with the knowledge of those patients.

All subjects of the commonwealth are required to visit the doctor for a wellness checkup to determine a baseline wellness and to initiate a relationship with a wellness coach for insurance purposes.

All subjects have access to health clinics, emergency rooms for ambulance emergencies, 24 hour clinics for minor emergencies, surgery services for corrective operations, subsidy of medications, subsidy of necessary plastic surgeries, subsidy of dental work, subsidy of rehabilitative services, subsidy of skin care clinics, subsidy of health and nutrition supplements, subsidy of sports facilities, subsidy of gym memberships, subsidy of diet programs, subsidy of educational programs focused on wellness, nutrition, cooking, health, sanitation and home economics. 

All hospitals are open for government officials to enter and there is no immunity on the hospital properties meaning the laws of the country are applicable and cover each patient and employee.  All hospital staff shall have liability insurance and be licensed through the ministry of Health and Wellness to work in a hospital facility.  No staff of any wellness facility may be employed by the Ministry of Health and Wellness if they have hurt the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain or her children, or her family or her consorts.   Individuals who have hurt the Sovereign Empress are prohibited from practicing medicine or any wellness practice in any of her monarchies.

All doctors must be medical doctors with a medical degree from an acknowledged school or hospital. The medical staff from all hospitals must pass an examination board exam showing their knowledge in their field.  All exams will be specific for the medical field and a medical doctor must retake an exam to move to another medical field of expertise.

All medical staff and health professionals and healthcare workers shall wear identification of their expertise and the name of their field and type of position.

This list is not exclusive and other medical specialists may be permitted to work within the buildings of the Ministry of Health and Wellness for the benefit of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain and her family, her friends, her consorts and her subjects.

Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Health and Wellness may close hospitals for renovation, open new hospitals, remove staff from hospitals, stop scheduled operations and remove patients held prisoner at hospitals by former governments and people living within the regions of the monarchies. 

All hospitals and facilities considered wellness will inspect their hospitals and wellness facilities and submit an inventory to the Inventory of the Monarchy and to the Ministry of Health Wellness. 

All hospital facilities in all Monarchies that are public or private will be available for inspection by the Ministry of Health and Wellness and must submit a roster of all patients held within the medical facility.

All hospital and medical facilities focused on DNA Lab People or earlier generation clones must submit a list of all persons created, all persons still in residence at a facility and al persons kept in limbo who are reaching their end of suspension date.   DNA Labs are allowed to submit suspension people who have not been awakened and those persons who have been created to the monarchy for adoption by the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.  Creators of Lab DNA persons are allowed to place their created persons into the guardianship of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

All patients inside a medical facility either private or belonging to the Ministry of Health and Wellness or the Monarch shall have the opportunity of a Guardian ad litem visit and all operations scheduled shall be reviewed by a Guardian ad Litem before the operation is performed.  All patients of a hospital will have a scheduled release date and will be released on that date by the staff of the facility.  If the patient is not well enough, they will be moved from the hospital to their residence and provided with medical care.  If home care is not a possibility, they will be moved to a residence and visited by a Guardian ad Litem to ensure their rights are represented.
