The Ministry of Publishing will publish the queen's notices and announcements and daily briefs.

The Monarchy of England and Spain's Ministry of Publishing is located at WhiteHall in the Royal Borough in London and is responsible for publishing a digital and physical version of all notices to the subjects and citizens of each country of the Monarchy England and Spain.

The Ministry of Publishing shall share all data published by Queen Ann with the Ministry of Publishing of other Monarchies to be implemented in their countries.  Each monarchy country shall have its own Ministry of Publishing that publishes the notices and announcement from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.  When Queen Ann is located in a Monarchy other than England and Spain, the Ministry of Publishing of that Monarchy will be responsible for publishing the notices created and sharing the information with the other Monarchies. 

In addition to notices from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann, all agencies within the individual monarchies shall publish fact notices for the public through the Ministry of Publishing.

The ministry of Publishing works with the Ministry of Broadcasting and the Ministry of Surveillance to ensure accurate information is printed and published and all data is accurate and classified correctly for publication.

All information shared on the Queen Ann Sovereign Empress blog may be edited for grammatical accuracy only.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann may edit or update facts and those updates must be published by the Ministry of Publishing.  All information on Queen Ann's Sovereign Empress blog is published and formal notice to the subjects of the monarchies.   The queen's blog is not classified and may be printed in the paper, magazines and other news sources as fact information.

The information from the blog is not available for criticism, satire or bullying.  The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann has been declared Allah which makes such commentary subject to severe financial penalties and imprisonment.

The Ministry of Publishing focuses on sharing information with the public and is a publisher of facts. The Ministry of Publishing has the authority to print research reports, organise symposiums based on facts organised by the monarchy and fact checking the material included in all documentation.

All other publishing in the monarchy shall be printed and published by the appropriate printing houses owned by the Monarchy. 

All items printed shall have fact printed on the documents.  For newspaper usage, the paper must state that the information shared is factual.  For symposiums paperwork fact must be included in the title page. For all reports, the word fact must be included in the title of the report subheading

For the encyclopedia, all submissions for the encyclopedia must be reviewed and fact checked before publication by the Ministry of Publishing.
