The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann was gifted all royal residences by Queen Elizabeth in 2016.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, Koenigin mit der Seele eines Koenigs von Deutschland lands und Koenigin Ann-Marie von Bayern und France con Sangre de Ramirez Chaux und Kaiserin von alle souveränen Monarchien der Welt purchased properties for her personal investments between 2016 to the present under the name Emmy Ann Horstkamp / Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.
The Sandringham Estate is her personal property not open to the public. The staff at Sandringham are given formal notice that The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain is in residence at all properties at all times and the formal new name for Sandringham is SandSam.
All royal residences fly the current British flag and a flag designating the residence as a residence of the English Spanish Royal Family.
Buckingham is the formal home of the Sovereign Empress as a four star general and the flag flown must be British and Spanish and a flag designating her military rank. No children are in residence at Buckingham palace and no guests are allowed to stay overnight.
The royal nursery is formally at Kensington and because of Covid and the conflicts there are too many flags to fly and the royal nursery is not open to visitors. The flagpole shall remain empty until a new flag is created by the children incorporating the families of the children which are still unknown to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
The sovereign Empress funds the purchase of property for the staff and children under her guardianship with the property to be kept in a real estate trust entitled Royal Nursery properties. All children in her guardianship shall be housed in the appropriate areas of London during the school term and may visit their home countries with nannies and security for the other months.
This Royal Declaration Proclamation is for all household staff and security personnel.
