The Sovereign Empress declares the creation of a joint fast food business called White Castle | Black Castle.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann inherited the fast food chain White Castle and decided to focus a portion of the revenues towards the Sovereign Intelligence Agency (SIA) which she declares created for intelligence gathering within the boundaries of the United States of America with full transparency with Homeland Security.

Each employee of White Castle is considered an intelligence agent for the SIA, is supplied with an iphone an iwatch and is available to take information customers want to share that would be considered news, intelligence, facts or gossip they feel the monarchy needs.  All information is used to keep subjects of the Queen and the Monarchies safe and informed.

Any data gathered by White Castle may be shared with Black Castle which is focused on PR for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the United States of America.  The two fast food chains are being built next to each other and share an outdoor eating area.

The offices of White Castle have desk space available with reservation for employees of the Sovereign Intelligence Agency who need to work in the area. 

Black Castle has food with a more southern tone and they are staffed by employees trained to recruit for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and for other law enforcement offices.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann inherited the food chain from the sovereign family located in California.   A percentage of the funds, twenty percent, from White Castle and Black Castle are given directly to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann has hired a liaison employee in California to deal with her subjects living near LA.  She is required to attend parties, functions and share all information with her husband who works for the FBI. The employee is also allowed to share all information with Homeland Security and archive the information into the Royal Archive for the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann located in California.

The Sovereign Empress Queen Ann creates a global party girl/guy system with people in her employment who work with independent party girls trained to throw networking parties and events. All party girl employees are interviewed and trained by european party girls who provide an internship and training.

The information obtained from the party girl system is kept in the royal database for profiling and marketing purposes and may be shared with home office for the security of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.

A Duchess of Texas position is created. It is not a formal title but a power broker position nickname. The position is for four years and the Duchess of Texas is required to attend and organise parties for the Sovereign Empress in the United States of America. At the end of four years, she may be offered a position within the corporate structure or within the monarchy she chooses. This position is open to all graduates of Universities who have attended a sorority.
