Windsor Castle and the Windsor Name
Windsor Castle has been declared a toxic site contaminated by WWII. The debris from laboratories were covered over instead of cleaned up. Because of this hazard to the environment and the people in surrounding villages, the castle in the UK is taken down and relocated by replication to Las Vegas, USA. The UK castle park is taken down and the land blocked from public access.
Windsor Castle Las Vegas
A castle park is to be created in LasVegas from sovereign land and will house Windsor Castle and the chapel where Harry Windsor and Rachel Markle were married.
Since Harry died a tragic death in 2018, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann would like the world to remember the love story between Harry and Rachel and make it a fairy tale. To accomplish this, the sovereign empress will make it possible for commoners to be married like royalty.
The hotel and chapel complex in Las Vegas is called Windsor Castle and focuses on fairy tale weddings for commoners from all countries. The castle does not function as a royal property and there is no sovereign immunity to the buildings or for the people working on the property.
Windsor Castle will be constructed using the templates made after the UK castle fire.
Charles, the son of Queen Elizabeth II, was disinherited for political reasons before 2016. Charles, unable to inherit the thrown of the Vatican, lost his ability to have the SAM title when he was barred from the United States after the death of Princess Diana.
Through a television show based at Windsor Castle, Las Vegas, Charles will be crowned in fiction as the "King of Windsor Castle" by taking on the Lead role of King at the Las Vegas Royal Complex.
The television crown from the television show and any BBC broadcasted version of the show of Charles is without validity, does not have immunity rights or rights to sovereign assets.
Charles father of Andrew, William and Harry, will be remembered as a television star working as a King of the Las Vegas Castle Complex. All of Charles's past television show appearances will be broadcasted in a complex museum focused on his acting work on film, stage and television in the United States and overseas.

The English Village Complex
A traditional English village will be created near Windsor castle Las Vegas housing traditional English crafts, stores, pubs and businesses characteristic of a British village. This village is separate from the Windsor Castle complex and a separate trust is created from the revenues of the complex to support the friends of Charles and Charle's family relocated from various European cities.
All family members of Charles may submit their names in writing to the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann at Kensington Palace for addition to the Windsor Castle Trust and the English Village Trust. The trusts receive no additional funding from the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann.
Because Charles was disinherited by Queen Elizabeth during her lifetime, the children of Charles, Andrew, William and Harry do not have inheritance rights to the properties of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann. All children of Charles may be added to the Windsor Castle Complex Trust.
Those Children of Fran, not personally known by Queen Ann Sovereign Empress, may apply to be added to the Windsor Castle Law Vegas Trust and to the English Village Trust. Fran, one of the exes of Charles that worked for the government and all other exes of Charles relocated from Ely, may apply for support to the Windsor Castle Trust located in the United States.
Any other children sired by Charles and any children adopted through common law such as those belonging to Fran may be added through evidence to the Windsor Castle Las Vegas trust.
Other revenue sources located in the United States of America for the support of William, Harry, Andrew and Charles Windsor and their common law / biological children will be placed in their own trusts and will not be incorporated into the Windsor Castle Las Vegas Trust or English Village Las Vegas Trust.
Any debts incurred between 2016 - 2025 by the family of Charles Windsor and the families of his children will be repaid through this Las Vegas Trusts.
At this time the debt is over 486 million British Pounds.
