Declaration Regarding Springer Narrow Boats
It is declared that Springer narrow boats are automatically insured by the monarchy of queen Ann of England and Spain and have special status on the island because of prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh, the last Duke of Edinburgh.
The vessels are automatically insured by the Monarchy of England and no other insurance is required by Springer narrowboats. We will lift your boat out of the rivers if there is an issue and keep them safe.
It is declared that narrow boats having their name on the side of the vessel are not required to post a license or pay any fees since they are a protected class of boat. The license for narrowboats are attached to the name on the boat and ownership records are kept at st James palace. Only narrowboats are included in this declaration to include all Springer narrow boats.
All boats docked and not sailing and located in boatyards are not required to pay license fees as long as the boat may be moved without using the engine.
If the boat is sailed outside the boatyard, it must have a license but a temp license owned by the boatyard may be used by the boatyard to move a boat not sailing in open waters of the river systems
Because of current issues with boat insurance all boat insurance is through the monarchy located in Singapore. No other insurance will be acknowledged in the UK or Ireland for boats.
Any person bullying boat owners will have their assets possibly frozen as court cases will be filed in civil and criminal court. Those that may be prosecuted include but are not exclusive bully’s to narrowboats owners are insurance companies, boatyards, marinas, and other businesses that interact with boat owners and have been recorded bullying owners.
Mortgages are allowed on boats and the boats of England are allowed to be worth more than the purchase price. Boat mortgages are available throu the bank of the England.
An empty boat is not an abandoned boat. If a narrow boat is not occupied, please do not steal pieces off the boat. All narrow boats shall be monitored and stolen items returned at the expense of the person stealing items from the narrow boats. The boatyard must keep surveillance for use by the monarchy for this purpose.
This declaration is required to be sent in writing to the environmental agency and they are required to enact it immediately. MI 5 has been notified of the law annd shall enforce it.
