Declaration Regarding Springer Narrow Boats
It is declared that Springer narrow boats are insured by the monarchy of queen Ann of England and Spain and have special status on the island because of prince Phillip. The vessels are automatically insured by the Monarchy and no other insurance is required by Springer narrowboats. We will lift your boat out of the rivers if there is an issue.
It is declared that narrow boats having their name on the side of the vessel are not required to post a license. The license for narrowboats are attached to the name on the boat. All boats must have their name on the side.
All boats docked and not sailing and located in boatyards are not required to pay license fees. The boat may be moved without using the engine. If the boat is sailed outside the boatyard, it must have a license but a temp license owned by the boatyard may be used by the boatyard to move a boat.
Because of current issues with boat insurance all boat insurance is through the Singapore. No other insurance will be acknowledged in the UK or Ireland.
Any person bullying boat owners will have their assets frozen. This includes insurance companies, boatyard, marinas, and other businesses that interact with boat owners.
mortgages are allowed on boats and the boats of England are allowed to be worth more than the purchase price.
