Declaration: Emmy Ann Horstkamp's monthly budget limit set by a government employee who committed treason is not valid and set Aside.

It has come to my attention that William Windsor set an extremely low budget for Emmy Ann Horstkamp and for some reason, the government listened to William instead of to the Sovereign Empress regarding her finances.

The budget set by William Windsor and his associates who committed treason is set aside for a budget that covers the personal expenses of Emmy Ann Horstkamp, the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

William Windsor who was an employee of the government committed treason. Lawsuits are to be filed against the estate of William Windsor and each person who may be colluded to take funds from the monarchy outside of their trust fund accounts.

No former royal, royal stand-in or royal replacement is funded by the estate of Queen Elizabeth or by Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.   All persons related to Queen Elizabeth and some of the former royals had trust funds established in 2016 so that the Sovereign Empress would not have to worry about them.  Because of the establishment of trust funds, it was never authorized that additional funds would be available to any of the royals or any government employee acting as a placeholder.

To this date, Emmy Ann Horstkamp has yet to receive funding from the Estate of Queen Elizabeth or from her own finances which have been held at various banks and the Treasury.  Emmy Ann Horstkamp Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain, authorizes her lawyers to file lawsuits against those individuals and government agencies who took funds without her consent and who withdrew funds from the estate of Queen Elizabeth without the consent of Emmy Ann Horstkamp Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.

All bills including all the bills associated with Bridge Boatyard and the renovation of Ely, the fens and the creation of the Private estate are covered by the Monarchy of England.  Emmy Ann Horstkamp as sole monarch is covered by the monarchies monies and the estate of Queen Elizabeth which has been incorporated into the funds of Emmy Ann Horstkamp Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain.  Emmy Ann Horstkamp does not have any new bills in England and all personal bills have been paid exclusively through her Lloyd's bank account.  All records are available for the accountants to review.

It has been made very clear that all incomes to the Sovereign go directly to the Sovereign and then all debts are reviewed by the Treasury and then presented to the Sovereign Empress.  All tax revenues are submitted to the Sovereign and then all budgets and bills are presented for approval.

All income streams through the monarchy are not monies for the government.   Tax revenues are the only source of revenue that may be reviewed for government use and planning for expenditures.

Emmy Ann Horstkamp inherited all monarchy properties at the official end of the monarchy wars and now, all monies are available for her accountants to review and Audit.    Emmy Ann Horstkamp has chosen an accountant in Los Angeles to review all accountings for the monarchies.

The accountant is:

James M. Cha, CPA CTRS
3435 Overland Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90034
(213)234-5580

Note: If government employees are receiving their funds, is it from monarchy monies?  The accountants from Los Angeles have the authority to review the creative financing used by employees, pas aristocracy, past royals to cover their expenses and ignore the Sovereign Empress modest budget and expenses.
