The debts that you are attempting to collect are affiliated with the military and are paid by the military of England. submit all invoices to St. James palace for review and for auditing.

For all other bill collectors, all bill collection is done through the government to prevent bullying and mobbing.  The bill collection process is monitored by the military to avoid citizens and politicians from being black-mailed.

No credit agency is allowed to use email for the purpose of collecting a debt.  All Debt paperwork must be sent to the government and the government willl send a formal notice to the debtor that a debt is being reviewed and audited.  the debtor must be able to contact directly the people in writing.

Specific Note for the Enviromental Agency regarding collecting regular fees.  All fee direct debits automatically renew at the end of the licensing year as long as the boat safety report is up to date.   The safety boat owned by the Sovereign Empress has a current report but the engine has been unplugged with no batteries so it is classified as a pontoon and is just floating in England.  The boat is scheduled to be placed in the British Museum as an art piece.

Environmental Agency, If you have any questions, please contact St. James Palace regarding the boat and payments of insurance, and boat owner debts.  The mooring fees are paid monthly no matter if a boat is there or not so boat owners are able to retain their mooring spaces.  The Sovereign Empress owns the boatyard.  The marina within the boatyard belongs exists as part of evidence, history and is run by a private individual's corporation not affiliated with the Sovereign Empress.
