Declaration of New City in Georgia: London
Because of something the United States did in the past, the Sovereign Empress is now declaring a new city named London, a royal city, to be near Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
The new city is on Sovereign royal land and the people born on this land have dual citizenship with the United States and England.
The citizens of England are allowed to visit London, Georgia without visa but all residents are required to pass background checks by the United Stated Defense Department before being allowed to live in the City of London.
The focus of the city of London will be as a capital to the Sovereign properties of the Sovereign Empress in the United States and the Sovereign properties in England.
The Sovereign Empress requested a city in 2020 near Hull but the city was not built for the administration of the monarchy of the Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England and Spain. Because of this lack of construction, it is declared that the first city for the administration of the Monarchy properties shall be built near Atlanta , Georgia on the Sovereign lands of Emmy Ann Horstkamp.
This new city administers the monarchy properties of England and the United States. All other Monarchies in which the Sovereign Empress has property shall have offices in London, Georgia and in their home nations. Funds are released from the Treasury into a trust fund for the purpose of building the city of London in Georgia USA near Atlanta. Specific lands will be allocated by Emmy Ann Horstkamp once she has reviewed the maps and historical importance of the areas.
Sincerely,
Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England & Spain
