Daily Goals | Monday | Clean Your Computers and Digital Work Files | Ministries, Departments & Agencies |

Happy Monday!

For all my ministries, agencies and departments, please set up a Monday schedule for cleaning storage and data going to the archive.

Sharing Data with Your Employees: Tips for Harmony and Healthy Employee Habits

Sharing working spaces with different agencies, especially ones that use databases with AI, can be challenging.  HR understands and is supporting different agencies efforts to keep their data sets clean and not interfere with the storage and archiving efforts of different departments, agencies and ministries.  As the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain takes down some agencies and creates new ones, her employees storage habits must be reviewed for their safety and the safety of all employees in new positions.

Creating a Shared Archive Space that Works for all agencies under the Umbrella of the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain

Data Before 2018

All data before 2018 is archived for 500 years.  If you have data in that category, the data will be covered with film but not deleted.  It will be sorted by AI and if your data is somewhere on the internet and you were working for Queen Elizabeth or Prince Phillip, it will be sent over to Publishing for review.

If my janitorial teams are missing some of their equipment, they will send that information to whatever agency you were working with for an explanation.  I will not jeapordize their work for your egos.  All persons know how difficult it is to find a good maid, please stop overworking my janitorial staff.

If you have data on the internet after 2018 and you are a current employee of the Monarchies or governments working with the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain, please contact the agency you worked with and cover your data.

The sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain is not your film cover.  Her daily film record is to archive her monarchy existence not cover your data or your current work.  Your agencies do not have access to her monarchy archive and you will not be granted access to retrieve data that she told you to store elsewhere.

Lawyers Deal With Requests

The monarchy lawyers deal with requests to access data from 2018 to the present. All data before 2018 has already been released or was stolen by the past governments and is not available to any employees or any staff other than AI.  The Monarchy database available to employees is the database created from 2018.  Any database purchased by the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain to add to the Archive is not available to employees.

Since many items were stolen or taken to space, the current Monarchy history began in 2025 and that history is transparent and has been shared with the public.  Once the data is added to the archive, it is shared only with court order after 500 years.

By sharing the data on a daily basis, the monarchy creates a zone for conflicting agencies to fulfil their duty to the monarchy without direct interactions with each other.  The end of the monarchy wars left regions which are able to work in unison and other regions which are highly segmented.  This issue has made AI and integral part of the archiving process for the Monarchy so that all regions have access to current data that affects their part of the Monarchy.

For the Archive

Each agency and region must set boundaries with respect. Each agency must declare which data sets are to be shared with what agencies and what data is not considered classified but is in the archive to prevent misuse. Declare what system you are using to share your data and where you are putting your creative commons data that can be used by different agencies without request.

Avoid temptations by archiving and keeping your data in the AI archive.  The janitors who are helping to clean the archive request employees to avoid saving fun data on their computers.  All data not being used or that is not part of your current work must be archived to avoid misuse by other agencies.  If you have a project that is from the cold case files, please add the data to a cold case file in the archive.  If you need an example of misuse of data, please ask AI for an agency example.

Communication is Key: Use AI to assist with communication between agencies and employees who may have data that is similar or compatible but which have very little interaction.   This encourages teamwork between segmented agencies who may need each other's data. Use AI communication to  share the amount of data your agency or department has declared their creative commons data and the amount they will share with compatible agencies. They AI you are working with will not overshare data and is trained by staff in your agencies.

Keep your work data storage at work organized.  Keep your data in the system requested by your agency.  AI is able to deal with whatever system you decide to use.  Make sure you are following your departments requested system for archiving at work.

30-Minute Data Cleaning Routine | Ex. Mondays | Stay on a Data Track

Use a focused 30-minute session on a designated day to keep your data fresh and organized:

5 minutes: Throw out expired files or leftover notes.

10 minutes: Remove programs you are not using.  Decide what files you want to continue using in 2026 and create files for 2026.

5 minutes: Clean and organize one folder - group similar items like pdfs, jpgs, docx files.

5 minutes: Check and file away any spills into a unlabled "folder".

5 minutes: Place a fresh folder for each day to catch files that don't make it from download into a folder.

This quick weekly cleaning routine will keep your work computer more inviting and help prevent your department getting grumpy that data that belongs in an archive is on your computer.
