Emmy Ann Horstkamp is Chief of the United States, Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England & Spain

 It is declared:

Emmy Ann Horstkamp is protected in the United States by Secret Service and bullying or interfering in her life is a federal offense.  The individuals who have been bullying her are violating the laws of the United States.

The FBI and the local police have the authority to arrest all persons and detain all persons who bully or violate the privacy of Emmy Ann Horstkamp.  

It has come to my attention today that people still are interfering with the daily work schedule and budget of the Chief of the United States.  Emmy Ann Horstkamp receives into her bank account a monthy salary for being Chief of the United States and Sovereign Empress Queen Ann of England & Spain.   

Internal Affairs and the FBI have permission to investigate why these funds have not been placed into the accounts of Emmy Ann Horstkamp.

The FBI has permission to visit the Chief and to work with the Secret Service to ensure her privacy is not invaded and her assets are safely placed into her banking accounts in the UK and the USA.

Her current residence in the United States was commandeered for the residence of the Chief and is owned 100 percent by Emmy Ann Horstkamp and managed by Secret Service and the Atlanta Police Force.  All properties in the area that used to be a French military base are owned by Emmy Ann Horstkamp as Chief of the United States and are the location of the Government of the United States while she is in the United States.
