French Military Base in Atlanta: Location of Main Government Offices

 Because of something that happened during the Monarchy wars and which was an internal battle between agencies that made it unsafe for beaurocrats in Washington DC,  Emmy Ann Horstkamp declares Atlanta the working capital for the USA agencies of the United States.

The area known by the government as a French Military base during the war is the main location for the agencies and all buildings that were built for another purpose without permission of the Chief may be removed.  

Because of the strategic defenses of the base, there are buildings in flood zones and those buildings are to be removed to safer grounds.  All persons who purchases properties in the area and have legitimate deeds shall receive assistance in relocating their properties.

Properties that have historical importance are not in the flood zones which are lakes.   All skyscrapers built within view of historical buildings shall be relocated for defense purposes.

The Military base is without fencing so there is no obvious way for Atlantians to know the boundaries of the base.   The military base was taken down during the monarchy wars and was being used by local politicians and defense contractors.  The land belongs to the Chief of the United States and is now being used to house government agencies that are essential but not tied to DC.

The government of England may have places in the New London in a direction outside of Atlanta.  Because of their behaviour the last few days, are not allowed to be housed in the City of Atlanta.  The two governments must keep their boundaries firm and because of the monarchy war, the two British Nations which must work together will keep their agencies building separate and their government structures separate. 

I, chief of the United States, talk about fight clubs from the Monarchy wars which ended in 2025.  The fight clubs from the USA are blue (Monarchy) white (White Fight Club) and red (Rebel groups)  The fight clubs from the English are Green (England) White (White Fight Club) Red (Rebel Groups) Blue (Monarchy) and Black (Security).  These colourse will be on the English / Irish Flags. 

Scotland's regional flag is for the Highlands and may remain blue (Monarchy) and white. (White Fight Club) which are similar to the Bayerish Flag.  The flag for London as a city which was a prison, is white and red with black.  

The flag for the Monarchy of England & Spain is Black(Security) Burgandy (France) Red (Rebel Groups) Gray (France) Purple (for the vatican) and white (White fight club).  The colours for the flags were set at the end of the war II and a detailed list will be published for historical purposes.  The colours at the end of the Monarchy wars may differ from the colours at the end of  WWII.  Shades of colour will also designate what country or fight club group was involved.
