New Monarchy Within Georgia, USA | Monarchy of Lago Real | Similar to Fort Lauderdale

 It has come to my attention that I own quite a bit of French Ancestory land in the USA that does not belong to the US and was not acknowledged by France so is independant of both nations.  This land is located in the United States and includes land in Georgia and is protected by the US military (white fight club), the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), the Georgia Police Forces and other local police forces, the National Guard, The US Air Force, the US Marines and houses several us government agencies which are allowed to work in the United States.  

Because this land is surrounded by the United States and is protected by the United States, no intelligence agency is allowed to be on the land without following the laws of the United States.  

I will establish an embassy for the land once it has been cleared of all construction that is marked as Neo-Nazi, illegal, violates US Law, violates Monarchy rights, holds illegal occupants or was used by a cult to hurt the monarchy of Queen Elizabeth II or Emmy Ann Horstkamp Queen Ann of England & Spain Queen of Lago Real.

The Monarchy is called Lago Real because there is a lake on the land that is currently drained but, because it was drained, people built on the lake.  They are in danger living in this location and must relocate to higher land to avoid being flooded when the monarchy tests the emergency systems still in place.

The monarchy will flood the land to test the emergency system set in place by the French during the war.  To test the emergency system, all residences and businesses built on the lands of the lake must be relocated.  The monarchy family of Emmy Ann Horstkamp did not consent to any houses being built in such locations and Queen Elizabeth II did not give anyone consent to build in the lake.  

Because Emmy Ann Horstkamp understands misunderstandings happen, each house built in the lake will be moved to a property owned by the owner of the house.  If you abandon the house, it will still be moved and a court case shall be filed to verify that the former tenant abandoned the house.

All persons living on the land of the Monarchy shall be informed they live on Monarchy land.  This is similar to living in Fort Lauderdale which is Monarchy Land and people have lived on the land happily for decades.

Because the residents are living on Monarchy land, any child born in this area have dual citizenship with the Monarchy of Lago Real and will have a passport granted from Lago Real.  All schools will teach English, Spanish French, Japanese and Chinese.

The Monarchy of Lago Real will collect tax to pay for the services provided by local police, fire and other local agencies.  The Government of the United States owes Emmy Ann Horstkamp so much money, they will credit her citizens for the next 500 years for anything that might need at the federal level. 

If you are a citizen of Lago Real, you have a credit for income tax to the United States and you have free health insurance credits from the United States and You pay no federal fees for any services for 500 years. The Credit is attached to the passports to be created.  The names of those registered with the Monarchy as citizens will be shared with the United States.  People may live on the land without being citizens, but they will not have a tax credit.  They will have paperwork showing they are residents approved by the US Defense department to live on the properties.

More information will be provided when I find someone interested in Managing the Monarchy administration.  I must meet the person in person and they must be approved by the United States and France since the property is still part of the French Empire and protected by the United States.   

The French Empire is a term having to do with the Monarchy title.  It does not give the country of France authority over the other countries.  They are grouped together for fight club administration and defense purposes. All properties are owned by the Sovereign Empress Emmy Ann Horstkamp and due to the clarification of title, there are no other titles at this moment.   A baron title will be granted in the region of Lago Real.

The Monarchy owes no money to France (since France did not assist in the Monarchy war and said they did not need Emmy Ann Horstkamp) and  the French goverment in France has no authority over any French lands in the United States outside of embassy land that may be leased to the country from Emmy Ann Horstkamp, the Empress of France.
