The State of Georgia | Appointment of Senator

 It has come to my attention that the State of Georgia does not have a Governor and they do not want to vote on this issue until The Chief of the United States has fixed the issues regarding the foreign military bases that make up most of the state of Georgia USA.

Until this issue is resolved, the Governor of Georgia is the Chief of the United States, Emmy Ann Horstkamp.  Dr. Horstkamp is working on the paperwork to make it possible for Georgia to have a Governor focused on representation the people of the State of Georgia, USA without worrying about foreign military bases on the soil of Georgia.

The office of the Governor of Georgia will be located in the same location as the Chief of the United States until this issue has been resolved.   The Chief of the United States appoints Emmy Ann Horstkamp, JD as Senator for the State of Georgia effective as of January 29, 2026.
