Declaration of Clarification of Councils, No Immunity without Consent, Departments with Some Immunity
It has come to my attention that monarchy, government, charity councils and other entity councils have been accepting salaries and misusing the resources of the Sovereign Empress Emmy and pretending to have immunity. I have not met any official from any monarchy or council to this present date and there is no consent for any council within the government or outside of the government to use my private resources and I have not provided immunity to such people working outside of my government departments which have been set in place since 2018.
When the aristocracy did not support Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip's choice in 2018, they lost their positions and lost their immunity. From 2018 to the present, the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain has been working cleaning up the mess left from the past Aristocracies in the monarchies and building a new Monarchy with new institutions and new employees.
All councils set up within agencies, within religious entities, within charities, within monarchies, within other entities are taken down for clarification of their purpose, role and members. No members, since 2018, has had immunity, no members have had a right to funds, due to their failure to present themselves to the Sovereign Empress Emmy in London, Edinburgh, Cambridge and now Atlanta.
All persons accepting salaries from the Church of England, salaries from councils located in the monarchies between 2018 to the present must return the funds to the Treasury of each Monarchy.
Departments with some Immunity
The departments that have certain immunities in regards to the work of defending and protecting the people include the defense departments of the monarchies who have been working on clearing the traitors of 2016-2025 from their countries.
The executive branch department of the United States has certain immunity in regards to protecting Emmy Ann Horstkamp,JD Chief of the United States The Sovereign Empress Emmy has not set up an equivalent agency in England or other monarchies. The Brazilian Guard based in the Vatican works to protect the person of the Sovereign Empress in construction with the Secret Service and Monarchy Intelligence.
Monarchy Intelligence 5-00 in England has certain immunity in regards to protecting the Sovereign Empress and her properties including the royal nursery that houses the children orphaned from the Monarchy Wars 2018-2025. The monarchy Intelligence 5-00 also monitors and protects the Angel Baby population from 2018 to the present.
The police departments of England and the prisons on Monarchy land have no immunity in regards to corporal punishment or negligence. The laws related to the police are adopted from the State of Wisconsin, USA which kept the Sovereign Empress Emmy alive through her childhood.
No Consent or Immunity to Illegal Labs
The labs and defense contractors located on Monarchy lands without the consent of the Sovereign Empress Emmy may not experiment on humans without their consent and there is no immunity for those who have experimented on humans between 2018 to the present. Cloning is allowed in England but with license and purpose. Cloning is monitored by the Ministry of Children and Families and NHS.
All persons who hurt the Sovereign Empress using sound waves and lasers do not have immunity All former government employees, composers, sellers of video and other items that were or are used by individuals to hurt the sovereign empress are to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the laws in all jurisdictions.
No Immunity for Government Workers or Other Individuals Stealing From, Hurting or Bullying the Sovereign Empress Emmy
There is no immunity for persons who steal the property, assets or monies of the Sovereign Empress Emmy. All persons who have stolen from the Sovereign Empress since 1970s shall be prosecuted in criminal court and will have civil court cases filed against them if they have not returned the funds to the designated Treasury by the date set by the accountants monitoring missing assets. All persons who have taken personal loans marked with an IOU have five years from the date of the loan to return funds. All other funds must be returned immediately with interest.
No persons may claim immunity in regards to hurting the sovereign empress or threatening the Sovereign Empress Emmy. All Bullying is litigated in criminal and civil court.
No Immunity for the Church of England Past Employees, Parishioners, Members
The Church of England is closed as of 2019. At the time of closure, all members, clergy, employees of the Church of England lost their immunity associated with the Queen of England & Spain and the Church of England which she inherited. All Church of England Churches were asked to join another organized faith and not not have absolute immunity and are not associated with the governments of any Monarchy.
