Washington State is Required to Hand over all Monarchy Assets in their Possession to the Treasury of the USA

Dear Washington, today it was brought to my attention that you do not want any monarchy assets in your state.  Please hand over immediately all Monarchy assets in your state to the Treasury of the United States.  For all land that is Monarchy land in your state, the Sovereign Empress Emmy will have her accountants figure out the value and hand you the bill.
