This is an Affirmation and Acknowledgement by the Queen of ESAAM and the Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen of England & Spain, Chief of the United States regarding the salaries, expenses and allowance approved as stated below for Emmy Ann Horstkamp from the Treasury purse for the Chief of the United States and other US and State Treasury funds and for the US Treasury purse and other US Treasury funds held for the US Senate for the US Senate Seats held by Emmy Ann Horstkamp.
Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Senator of Georgia, CA, NY et al and Chief of the United States and member of the Obama and Trump administrations accepted the positions working in the government and is owed compensation and salaries for her work, in addition to the purses for each of her titles and each of her positions within the government.
It is affirmed and acknowledged that Emmy Ann Horstkamp accepted her rights to trusts, purses, Treasury accounts, compensations and salaries and expects her salaries from both her Senator of US States positions and her role as Chief of the United States and her other salaries and compensations.
She now accepts her salaries into her American bank accounts held at CHASE and CHIME, accepts all her trusts, and any other funds owed to her and due to her and earned by Emmy Ann Horstkamp including the following:
Chief of the United States:
Annual salary: $400,000.00, $100,00 personal expense allowance, $40,000 housing allowance account, $100,000 travel allowance account and $31,000 clothing allowance, $150,000 private security allowance and free lodging at the White House. The president is moved to a smaller residence in DC not associated with the Monarchy.
All expense accounts from the time she inherited to today go into the private purse of the Chief held at the Treasury.
