Royal Decree | March 21, 2026 | Acceptance of MISS titles Won or Inherited at STATE & County LEVEL

 

It is declared today, March 21, 2026 that Emmy Ann Horstkamp has all state titles inherited and won.  This Declaration is in addition to the declaration No 7 -2026 which declares acceptance of all royal and inherited titles.
